Naš izlazak ovaj vikend u bar bio je jako ugodan, usluga je bila na razini, ali prilikom odlaska na toalet susrela sam recepcionera, jako neljubaznog starijeg gospodina. Ne bih se vratila! Hvala.

Vrhunski luksuzni hotel, sobe izvrsne, ali u ugostiteljstvu često ima ali....desetak luksuznih soba gdje goste koji po odabiru hotela vjerojatno znaju šta žele imate na penalu za jutarnji doček sa vrhunskim doručkom i kupite ih zauvijek, te iste goste dočekuje neljubazna i nepristojna konobarica, servira vam užasnu kavu, loš doručak koji ne vrijedi ni pola od 5 zvijezdica....odlazi u susjedni bar i tamo čeka da gosti koji su ju drznuli zasmetati u njenim razgovorima sa osobljem bara odluče otići negdje drugdje ...malo je nepristojno reći sramota, ali za five star i za tu cijenu nije daleko od sramote....ponavljam vrhunski hotel ali ljudski faktor ga nažalost može spustiti stepenicu-dvije niže nego što to investitori i vlasnici žele i očekuju....

Dirty table, and full ashtray. Service was so-so by a woman who seems not to listen.

I ordered coffee with cold milk and I got coffee with hot milk and foam.

I told waitress that I did not order that but she did not believe me. I got another coffee with no complain in the same cup as one before.

Everything else was great... warm welcome by receptionist and astonishing view.

Looks like dirty Russian money has been invested to that hotel. Try to avoid to stay here…

Bili smo u Baru na piću,odlično sve od lokacije,izbora,ambijent,posluga..rado se vraćamo????

Dolazimo godina, usluga konobara iz godine u godinu sve lošija, npr. dođe za stol natoči suprugu vino, moju praznu čašu preskoči. Jelovnik nije više inovativan kao prije cca 6,7-8 g. U zadnjih 2-3 g.se ponavlja za Valentinovo. Šteta.

Capisco la splendida location, ma ho pagato 44 euro , 4 Spritz Aperol.
11 euro a bicchiere!!!
Neanche in centro Duomo a Milano si arriva tanto...

Wife and me been there 2 weeks ago and took 5 slide menu
I must tell that food was disgusting, horrible, terrible and semi cold at the same time. Definitely don't go there, let's say that I will not come back even if they give me for free next time

A beautiful bar right next to the sea, so you can hear the waves and the sea is reflected in your face. Cocktail ok, unfortunately we were limited not only by time, so we didn't have anything else.

Avoid. Nice views but it is not a 5 star hotel:
Tv doesn’t work
Jacuzzi in the room didn’t work.
Noise and yelling from the staff on a Sunday morning at 6:45
Food at the restaurant is very bad.
Don’t be fooled and please go somewhere else.

Loved the mix sweet dish and the shrimp rosetto was so good !!
The fried traditional fish was so yummy ! We loved the place and the atmosphere and service was excellent

Jucer smo dosli oko 21:30, i bar se zatvara-konobarica je rekla da nije bilo ljudi cijeli dan i da je dobila nalog da zatvori. Katastrofa-radno vrijeme ovisno o broju gostiju
