Dieses große, in den 1970er Jahren erbaute Hotel enthält mehr als 300 Zimmer. Das Gebäude liegt direkt am Meer in einer hübschen Bucht. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über zwei Swimmingpools, einen Innen- und einen Außenpool, eine Sauna, eine Sporthalle und Sportplätze sowie einen kleinen Privatstrand.

Na žalost moram istaknuti jako lošu ponudu hrane. Hrana, osim što je bilo jako malo izbora, je bila neukusna (bez začina) i lošeg stanja. Ventilacija u sobama (u wc-u) ne postoji te je jako neugodno kada se iz sobe šire mirisi iz kupatila. Tepisoni (podovi) u sobama su jako šporki kao da nisu oprani od kad je hotel napravljen. Spa centar je također u lošem stanju i također zahtjeva obnovu.
Smatram da nisam dobila vrijednost za svoj novac jer za ovu cijenu bi ponuda trebala biti bolja. Željela bih pohvaliti osoblje hotela i Spa centra jer su oni jedina svijetla točka u ovom kompleksu.
We arrived at 12pm in the afternoon, had a package with jet2holiday, bed and breakfast for a week, but when we arrived they told us the check in is at 3pm..we had no idea, they didn't offer any excuses, just told us *wait in the lobby*. So actually half of our day was wasted, and of course the breakfast that we paid for, they didn't offer us lunch or dinner instead. There was complimentary water and prosseco on the side, we didn't see, only after checking in, but no one offered us. They have all kind of activities during the evening, but reception doesn't say a word about it. There's no information whatsoever. For the amount we paid, the treatment isn't right. The resort is understaffed, with most of them unprofessional and barely speaking English,which is a shame, as you have lots of tourists!! We made a small complaint at the front desk, there was the manager, Kasia or so, I don't remember exactly, and she was laughing at us.treat your guest in the right way!
Plus, You have to pay for everything extra, indoor pool, sunbeds on the beach, book dinner in restaurants, otherwise you can be refused to enter.. There's still Covid rules, indoor is closed, which makes no sense, having an indoor pool opened, but the restaurants not. Everything is opened Until 23,max 00.???? We had food poisoning from this place, we asked for some medicines, they don't know what's that, as none of them had not even a pain killer ???? the pharmacy is in the center, which only with taxi can go, if you don't drive. I will never recommend to people to come here! Train your staff and change your attitudes!

Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or accommodating special requests, their attention to detail was truly remarkable.
Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were top-notch, including the conference rooms where I conducted my meetings. The catering services were excellent, and the culinary offerings at the hotel's restaurants were simply divine.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Ivan was nothing short of exceptional. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and dedication to making my stay memorable. I highly recommend Hotel Ivan to anyone visiting Šibenik, whether for business or leisure. You won't be disappointed!
