Meinungen ALKA RESTAURANT Trogir

Wir haben zu siebt einen phantastischen Abend genossen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das angebotene Essen hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Die Vorspeise war delikat und die drei frischen Fische waren hervorragend zubereitet. Preis / Leistung mehr als fair. Unscheinbar von außen, aber definitiv unser Geheimtipp für Trogir!

Außergewöhnlich

Based on Google ratings I looked up this place to be one of the best in Trogir. Unfortunately it wasn't, far from that, food wasn't not even closely decent what you would expect based on ratings. Plasticada was dry (meat defrozen from freezer quickly most likely) and the sauce wasn't very good and tasty. Gnocchi were raw, almost smashed potatoes. Chicken cooked very well done so it was dry. Spaghetti with shrimps was also disappointment, just spaghetti with heated shrimps, no sauce no flavor. Risotto was dry and under cooked (rice crunchy) and absolutely no flavor in the sauce because there wasn't a saucy texture and flavours as risotto should be, it was just rice. House wine is undrinkable, horrible, I wouldn't even call it wine. Rating of this place is absolutely over rated if you consider the food. Service was great and also the place is great but still that doesn't help if the food is bad.

Przemiła i profesjonalna obsługa, byliśmy bez rezerwacji, ale sprawnie udało się uzyskać stolik. Jedzenie wyśmienite! Risotto i ryba.

Good local dishes in a very relaxed outdoor area. The service was friendly and attentive and although the menu is competitively priced with the local restaurants, it did seem expensive and not necessarily value for money.

Petite soupe de poisson en entrée délicieuse avec des vrais bons morceaux de poisson dedans, et ensuite l'incontournable risotto à l'encre de seiche et morceau de seiche c'était délicieux ! Merci pour le service impeccable et aimable !

Großartig gegessen: Reichlich frischer, bester Fisch, am Tisch filetiert, top Service, freundlich und nicht zu teuer. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, traumhaftes kroatisches Essen und faire Preise. Haben das Lokal von einem Einheimischen empfohlen bekommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Mitten im Zentrum, aber dennoch keine typische Touristenfalle - würde sofort wiederkommen.

Heerlijk eten en fantastische bediening

Went on an evening with no reservation . Place was very busy but the owner looked after us and our child. Ended up having a sharing steak and an excellent bottle of red. The steak was great- very well aged (on show in their beef fridge) and cooked well. Service was good. Atmosphere lovely. Price/ quality ratio seemed very reasonable for Trogir- which was refreshing (!)

Cevapcici très bons avec frites de patates douces excellentes. Un peu déçue quand même car la carte prévoyait de les servir avec de la crème fraîche que je n'ai pas vue ( problème de traduction?)

Thank you for sending me your non-requested feedback two times. I can read. Allow me some remarks:
1.- I delete messages for the single reason that Google doesn't allow me to respond to your responses. Please, don't get maniac on this
2.- I was not happy with your product and your service. What am I guilty of? Shall I remind you that I am the customer? Can't you reuse my feedback to improve your service? Can't you accept it's not possible to keep everyone happy? Where's your drama on this topic?
3.- Obviously I had many more experiences in Croatia, had a good time and gave a lot of positive feedbacks to other restaurants and locations. Don't be concerned about it, I can enjoy my holiday by myself.
4.- Your menu is not clear, your waiters don't inform clearly on that. some appetizers are meaningless, some main dishes are tasteless and that's a fact in my subjective experience I would like to see respected (if you don't, it's your business)
5.- I perceived the response of our waiter as rude, my wife saw it as aggresive. That's also subjective, can you take it?
6.- Waiter came once to ask if everything was ok and I looked at him with the concern of someone eating a wrong dish and said "I'm working on it". He took it as a joke, though it wasn't
7.- Both waiters on service in the terrace looked on us and laughed several times. That could have been taken in many ways, I was already concerned enough to make extra comments.
8.- I'm not the kind of person that shouts on waiters when things don't work. Is that acceptable for you? Shall I be someone different to be a valid customer for you?

Do you want both of us to continue wasting our time for a negative comment you got just because you couldn't accept or understand it? I hope you can overcome that and continue living with it. Your overall score is high and there are lots of positive comments. Is it really so bad?

Wir waren Anfang September 2023 dort erstmalig zu Gast. Ante war auch gleichzeitig unser Vermieter, somit sind wir selbstverständlich auch in sein Restaurant gegangen.

Wir haben das Menü für 2 Personen mit Steak als Hauptspeise gewählt - wirklich eine sehr gute Qualität und auch die Größe hat perfekt gepasst.
Der Service war nett und schnell - wir können das Restaurant nur weiter empfehlen und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder hierher :)

Wasn’t expecting the restaurant to be one of the best I have ever been to, the food was absolutely amazing, I will genuinely come back to trogir to have the Argentinian steak, cooked to perfection, sea bass was eye watering. Would recommend anyone to come here.

A very nice place. Waiter was amazing, his recommendations were just perfect for what we needed. We sat at the rooftop and it is very quiet and cozy.

En veldig koselig restaurant med fin hage. Veldig hyggelig eier, som tar seg godt av gjestene sine. Servitørene er veldig serviceinnstilte.
Maten er serdeles god med store posjoner.
Kommer definitivt tilbake.

Five star dining! A truly unbelievable atmosphere and customer service. The staff provide you with whatever you could find yourself to ask them for. Extremely nice and kind staff and owner. I had a chance to talk to the owner and he provided me with very good information about his wonderful restaurant and he also went in very good detail to review the quality of his food. Overall I am super satisfied and I am already here at a second visit. From my side there is 100% more visits from me in the future! Definitely recommend!!

Restaurant cher pour ce que c’est mais endroit touristique qui impose leurs prix. L’alimentation servi ne vaut pas son prix un peu élevé

Ce restaurant sur l Ile de Trogir est le meilleur !
Nous étions installés en terrasse d été et nous avons passé un très bon moment. Le serveur est un vrai passionné. Il parle plusieurs langues dont le français, l allemand, l espagnol...et a été d une grande gentillesse.
Il nous a conseillé des spécialités dalmates et nous avons été très très contents. Le vin également.
Il a préparé un steak tartare...au milieu des tables avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Quel spectacle. Il a en plus beaucoup d humour.
Je recommande ce restaurant et surtout ce serveur passionné !! (Qui est peut-être le chef de salle, le propriétaire...?)

l'entrée est plutôt discrèe, mais excellente table, on a apprécie la fraicheur des produits, des recettes oubliées et un très sympathique patron qui ne semble rien laissé au hasard : Mr Anté qui est souvent devant son entrée.

Un bon restaurant familiale où l'on mange des spécialités de Croatie .Un peu frais sous la terrasse.
