My partner and I did this trip on 27th September, Anet was very friendly and full of information. Upon arriving in Mostar our local tour guide ( I cannot remember his name) was absolutely amazing. Not your usual tour guide. He was funny, informative, and displayed true emotion and passion. I have never been moved this way by a tour guide, he really is the best and we were so grateful.
We had a lovely day trip which was the highlight of our holiday. The only downside was the small amount of time to enjoy Mostar as the time went too quickly.
The waterfalls were amazing, and it was a real treat being able to visit both places.
A long journey, but so worth it!!

You CANNOT TRUST this company . On 14th July we booked a trip to Montenegro (Kotor & Perast).
They do not follow the plan based on what is written on the website or in their brochure. 1st they took us to Perast and then to Kotor and we got our free / lunch time after 14:00. So it can be blunder for you if you are traveling with a baby.
To attract customers and grab money, they can convince you that they can pick you and drop off to the exact location (near by your hotel / Airbnb). But the once the tour is done, they don’t care. They dropped us around 2 km far from our hotel. After questioning them, they threw our luggage.
Don’t book trip with them, they are not selling what they are advertising

Did a tour to Mostar with Anet and Bozo. They were both very helpful and provided lots of information. Their job mas made quite hard by the border crossing officials on both sides. Considering the popularity of these day tours, the authorities must make the crossings seamless and short.

Trip to Montenegro. Horrible experience. Being refused to switch on bus air conditioning at a hot afternoon. Additional payment of 10 euros for the boat transfer at Perast but later found the transfer costing 5 euros only. Required to pay entry fees of 1 Euros to Kotor old city which was found to be free. Upon return to Dubrovnik, being dropped off at a point far away from our pick up point (15 minutes walk) owing to traffic restrictions for buses. Later we found big bus at our pick up point dropping off passengers as usual.
Al llegar a la hora indicada, nos encontramos con una guía que no tenía nuestros nombres y que demoró en contactarse con la agencia para referir el tema, ahí nos refieren por nuestro pasaporte, indicamos que nos habían dicho de la agencia que se podía el DNI, pero que podíamos ir a buscar nuestro pasaporte porque estábamos a 5 minutos, esto fue a las 6.55, la guia todo el rato nos hizo esperar y no nos dejo ir a buscarlo y nos repetia que esperaramos y al momento de que llego el bus y estaban subiendo los pasajeros, nos dice no podemos ir y que tampoco se puede esperar, no nos da mayor argumento y se va incluso con nuestro papel del pago del tour, al mismo tiempo el chófer nos hablaba en otro idioma con un tono agresivo y cerrando la puerta en la cara, sin explicar la situacion. La guía en todo momento demostró su incapacidad para resolver conflictos, poco asertiva, desorganizada, nula empatía y escaso manejo del estrés, irrespetuosa, se entendía muy poco su español, a pesar de que el tour era con guia español, lo que dificultó aún mas que ella pudiera de manera coherente responder.
En cuanto a la agencia, ellos sabiendo que éramos chilenos y que consultamos personalmente sobre los pasaportes, nos dijeron que no había problema que lleváramos DNI y en ese caso no teníamos como dudar de la veracidad de su respuesta, dado que aparentemente demostraba ser una agencia seria, experimentada y profesional, lo cual nos equivocamos. La respuesta final que nos da la agencia que es nuestra culpa, por no llevar nuestro pasaporte y que no devolverán nada, a pesar de que nos dieron otra cosa en la agencia.
Claramente, está situación nos demuestra que esta agencia no toma enserio a los pasajeros, entrega respuestas tardía y no se hace cargo de lo que indican vía verbal. Además los profesionales y funcionarios que están a cargo y trabajan en esta agencia, están muy lejos de poder brindar un servicio de calidad, serio y eficiente.
