EXCELSIOR HOTEL

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Excelsior Hotel (for the second time) during my visit to Thessaloniki and I cannot express enough how delightful my experience was. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was met with an atmosphere of cleanliness and warmth that set the tone for a fantastic stay. Elissavet Vaindirli was super friendly and met me with a very nice smile. She offered all the help necessary even with regards to the city. All the staff were super friendly but unfortunately I don’t remember all their names. The friendly and welcoming staff truly made my stay memorable. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel like a valued guest.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its impeccable cleanliness. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. It's clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, creating a comfortable and inviting environment for guests.
The hotel's breakfast deserves special mention - it was nothing short of amazing! A wide variety of delicious options catered to all tastes, from fresh fruits to mouthwatering pastries and a selection of hot dishes. Each morning, I looked forward to starting my day with a delightful breakfast that exceeded my expectations.
The rooms were not only clean but also well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city.
I can confidently say that whenever I revisit Thessaloniki, the hotel will be my top choice without any doubt. The combination of cleanliness, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms creates a winning formula for a truly exceptional hotel experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it!!

Μικρές λεπτομέρειες κάνουν μεγάλο ένα ξενοδοχείο, αν βρεθείς στην Θεσσαλονίκη, είναι το καλύτερο μέρος να μείνεις.

Bizim için harika bir deneyimdi. Hotelin konumu harika . Heryere yürüme mesafesinde .Odalar temiz ve güzel. Öndeki otoparkı 20 dakika kullanabiliyorsunuz. Bölgede bir çok otopark alternatifi var.

Probably the Best hotel in town. Part of Small Luxury Hotels chain. Everything is excellent and what you would expect from such place.
The restaurant is also awesome. The staff is very professional and eager to please.
