Voula was terrific! Very friendly and could not do enough for us. Come to Kalambaka, it's beautiful!

No estuvimos cómodos. La gerente nos trato con mucha soberbia y prepotencia y las habitaciones no estaban del todo limpias. No lo recomiendo.

We are a couple from Canada, booked a stay in Sept 2023 but due to heavy rains and a 5 hour drive to get here from Athens, we requested to cancel. There were many other rooms available so we were not stopping the hotel from making revenue. They refused to return our 43 € and offered us a worthless credit (that must be used this or next year). We will return to Greece one day but won't stay here because we don't like theives. Too strict on cancellation policy. Thanks for nothing!

Adding to this review after owner response. The dates we booked Sept 6&7, 2023 coincides with Tropical Storm Daniel, which accounted for catostrophic flooding in the hotel region including loss of life. Despite a hurricane, this hotel kept our deposit and cited their 'policy' and high demand as their defense. They expect you to risk your life or forfeit your deposit. Dear management, your response shows negligence to the safety of your patrons and we would rather camp in the woods then stay with you.

Много добър хотел,разположен е така,че всичко е на пешеходно разстояние и нямате нужда от кола.Има страхотно младо момиче на рецепция,която говори супер английски и ви дава супер подробна информация кои манастири да посетите първи,места за хранене и много съвети за приятен престой.Благодаря ви ????

Tottis ποιότης έλεγε κάποτε μια διαφήμιση αλλά δυστυχώς με το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα δεν έχει καμία σχέση. Είναι ένα low budget ξενοδοχείο oπότε όσον αφορά τα δωμάτια (μέγεθος κτλ) ήταν μια χαρά. Δεν μπορώ να διανοηθώ όμως πως σου πασάρουν το δωμάτιο με βρώμικα σεντόνια τα οποία έχουν πάνω τρίχες (κάντε τα βασικά - ΑΛΛΑΞΤΕ ΣΕΝΤΟΝΙΑ). Και από ότι είδα στις κριτικές υπήρχε και άλλος που έπαθε το ίδιο αλλά δεν τους κάηκε καρφί. Κοιμήθηκα με τα ρούχα το βράδυ και ανοιχτό a/c για να μην ακουμπήσω σε αυτά τα σεντόνια. Επίσης στην ρεσεψίον δεν έβρισκες άνθρωπο ούτε για να παραδώσεις το κλειδί...μιλάμε για τραγωδία.
