Der Pool ist großartig mit kostenlosen Badetüchern. Gleichzeitig ist der Strand nur 10 Meter entfernt. Rezeption rund um die Uhr. Fahrstuhl, damit man das Gepäck nicht tragen muss... Großer Luxus.

Greenery well curated and the whole complex is clean.
I would give the highest rate if this hotel was rated as a 3 stars. The quality of the service is just not there.
Everyone is kind but I think they miss proper training.
You are totally isolated unless you have your own mean of transportation. A 4 stars hotel should ensure enough food variation during a stay. The menu is quite repetitive and little options for main courses. Over 12 days they had only red snapper and sea bass as fresh fish.
The quality of the food is ok, but overpriced for the level. Next door there is the only restaurant alternative called Blu Dolphin which offers better food and better price and better view with great service.
The restaurant, which is used for breakfast too, had chairs with felt tips unchanged for long time and the noise with people constantly dragging the chairs was one of a painful experience especially when you just woke up and want to have a peaceful start of the day. I have let the receptionist know about the issue and perhaps they have changed the felt tips, I say perhaps because the noise was still there but less, so either they changed them with not really good ones or I got used to the noise.
Service quality at tables was inconsistent, often bringing drinks way later than food, often I had to go chasing drinks myself at the bar.
The problem is the staff doesn’t know what is the correct standard, so they are surprised when you show remarks and when you don’t tip. When I have realised that I have started tipping anyway, for the sake of a pleasant stay.
The first two days of my stay, I’ve seen cleaning stuff in front of my door most of the day. I have made the remark and for the following 2 days I had a clear entrance to my room. After that, I have seen again the bucket, the broom and the rest of the cleaning stuff right in front of my room for most of the time. I couldn’t be bothered to tell the receptionist again.
The hotel offers free beach towels daily, which is great. The inconvenient is that you need to pick and drop the towels at the receptionist. I was like as my room was on the ground floor, but the majority of the rooms are on lower floors, and the pool and beach they are at level -2. The beach towel service should be located by the pool, for a 4 star hotel.
An investment in staff training and improving restaurant food and service would bring this hotel to a much higher level.
Would I stay there again? Yes because the advantage of the beach and its facilities is a big plus.
