因為是否感覺無超所值，服務也佔了很大的成分
而《Hotel Thira》不僅提供了完善的住房設施，服務部分何止到位，甚至可稱作是”進一步的為你著想”
退房的前一天晚上，想著隔天該如何扛著兩個超重大行李到Oia，詢問看看計程車的資訊～
老闆聽到我們的問題後，先熱心的幫忙詢問計程車資訊，看我們面對35歐元的車資有點左右為難，於是給我們去搭公車的一系列解決方案！
除了查詢了班次外，為了不讓我們扛著大行李到處跑，直接請她老爹幫忙載運我們到公車站，這還沒結束…甚至直接幫忙打電話聯繫Oia旅店的老闆，詢問他們能不能到Oia公車站來接我們，並且幫忙搬運行李～

這實在太貼心了????

當然，住宿部分很舒適，外面有個小發呆亭讓我們看書、發呆、耍廢很加分，還有距離費拉中心很近，後門出去，走路幾分鐘可以逛完各個知名教堂以及看到超美的夕陽????
一樓就是租車公司，方便我們直接租用機車環半島(除了Oia)

便利，也是旅店另一個重點！
而錫拉酒店同時具備了服務與便利的兩大要項～超值得推薦????

這是個服務非常優秀的地方！
我們住在這裡3個晚上，房間不算大，外面有個室外的觀景台，這個地方我很喜歡，在這可以舒服的看這書，但我們訂的房間觀景台比較沒有什麼景色，只能看見一些些海，下午五點時，可以看見下班的驢子經過。
這裡的地理位置非常的好，不用走太多路，五分鐘可以到市區，大多在費拉的景色，都能在10分鐘內走路到達（包括公車總站）
服務前台的小姐非常親切，笑容也很美麗，很主動的拿著地圖，跟我們介紹可以去的景點，甚至會寫上可以到達的時間，這對我們非常實用。
樓下，就是租車店，非常的方便，租用程序也不複雜，只要出示國際駕照跟台灣駕照就可以了。

房間裡盥洗用具是齊全的，棉被是薄被，有多要一條棉被，但也是薄的，5月在這是真的太冷了。
但我每天房務人員都會來詢問，是否要整理房間，非常的親切。

最重要給五顆星的原因是，服務員的幫助，本來要花35歐元的計程車費用到伊亞，因爲我們的行李實在是太重了，服務員主動幫助我們，他幫助我們，請他的爸爸幫忙開車載我們到公車站，免費的，我都感動到痛哭流涕了！
然後打電話幫我們聯繫在伊亞的旅店，請旅店的服務人員，到伊亞的公車站來協助我們搬運行李，最後在他們的幫助下，我們只花了3.2歐元，對於我們語言不通又行李過重的旅客來說，真的是幫了大忙！

So, let's start with the staff and people managing this place as this made our stay above exceptional to unreal. This is one best place that I've stayd (and it's not a 5 star resort or hotel) where everything in any aspect exceed my expectations.

The cleanliness was absolute stunning (every day they change sheets and towels and do a perfect cleaning and proper order of the room). Then the reception lady Hellena was so nice and warm, providing us with everything we needed. Joy in the kitchen helped us with everything during the breakfast and she is such a nice lady.

Last but not least, the owner Antonio is someone who know how to treat his customers, who you rarelly met.
As we arrived early in the morning, proviced us a place to make a shower and to change in proper clothes, then he helped us with settled down a bit, give us information about the place and the island + excursions and basically everything. He also send us in advance usefull information about our visit and arrival, also he can provide transfer from the airport for you. Everything that we have requested him, he found a solution for us. Even a scale at the end of our trip so we can weight out baggages. Even some sweets as a gift from him when we left.

The last thing that blew us was that he offered to drive us to the bus station for the Airport connection as we didn't requested it, and when we arrived there, there was so crowded that he drove us streight to the airport for no charge. This is what I call an exceptional customer service.

We came for a wedding in Santorini, and our family had rooms in 5-6 different hotels near Fira and arround. I can say ours was the best in terms of location (very quiet and close to Fira centre), staff, rooms, services, facilites and value for money.

Location: close to Fira centre (5 min by walking) but in a quiet area.

Rooms: very clean, newly renovated, spatious and so well designed for Santorini. You have everything you could ask for: modern Santorini look, great and confy bed, hairdryer, TV, strong WiFi everywere (usually this is a problem in Greece), lots of space and a very nice bathroom with everything inside. A small balcony or a patio in front of mostly every room so you can enjoy the view of the sunrise is a nice addition.

Cleanliness: best I have ever seen in a hotel, event better than in a 5 stars resort. The ladies doing this are top, as they change sheets and towels every day, they provide soap and shower cosmetics + they clean and arrange so well the rooms and around hotel common areas that everything seems brand new.

Breakfast: buffet, quite good and basic with everything you could ask for. Joy (the lady serving there) will help you with everythting. For the price, is the best you can ask in the morning.

Swimming pool area is a +, as you cand enjoy in a hot summer day, sun and shade aswell.

We felt here so well treated and so good, that I would highly recommend this place for everyone visiting Santorini. Great value for money aswell.
