Hotel šikovně umístěný nedaleko centra. Pokoje standartní, čisté. Ve vnitrobloku i bazén s příjemným posezením. Snídaně dobré. Celkově proběhlo vše v klidu, obsluha spíš bez zájmu. Příjemná obsluha u bazénu, kde si můžete dát jídlo i drink. Takže pokud chcete poznávat staré město, můžu hotel doporučit

Our recent stay at the Best Western Plaza Hotel in Rhodes was a delightful experience, notable for its excellent value and commendable service at breakfast. Situated conveniently, the hotel is a leisurely 20-minute walk to the Tourist Passengers Port and only 10-15 minutes away from the charm of the Old Town, making it an ideal base for exploration.

Location: The hotel’s proximity to key attractions in Rhodes adds to its appeal, allowing for easy access to the historical Old Town and the port, enriching our visit with ease and convenience.

Quality and Comfort: Our room was spacious, featuring a pool view that added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay. The bed and pillows provided were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after days spent exploring Rhodes.

Value for Money: At 80€ per night for two, including breakfast, the hotel offered excellent value. The inclusion of a high-quality breakfast in the stay made it particularly worthwhile, highlighting the hotel's commitment to providing a satisfying experience.

Food and Dining: The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices, including Bougatsa—a traditional Thessaloniki meal—which was a delightful surprise. The personnel in the breakfast area were exceptionally pleasant, greeting guests with smiley faces and contributing to a positive start to the day.

Hospitality: While the receptionists came across as somewhat surly, this was significantly offset by the excellent service provided by the breakfast area staff. Their cheerful demeanor and efficient service greatly enhanced our dining experience.

Amenities: The amenities provided were satisfactory, meeting our needs and expectations for a comfortable stay.

In summary, the Best Western Plaza Hotel in Rhodes stands out for its strategic location, exceptional breakfast, and excellent value for money. Renovated Great!!! ????

Very pleasant service nevertheless quite basic rooms, at an affordable price.
Without advice hotel booked 6 rooms, so very efficient booking service.
I suggest it for perfect position and price worthy.
In my pictures you can appreciate its places and restaurants .

The hotel is rennovated in this year 2024. Its located in the center of Rhodes so everything is in a walking distance. Mandraki harbour few meters away and the Old city is very close also. Very helpul personel working here.

We held a training session here and had good service from the moment we started organising it and the delegates were very happy with the venue, accommodation and food as well as the location in Rhodes.

Up to the beat western plus standard with bells and whistles. The kitchen has Michalis at the helm and you will not find anything better in the town. Top man in top of his game. If you like it a tad spicy then opt for the Spaghetti Arrabiatta. I rate hot food but I needed Greek yoghurt to moderate.
Reception,maids and bar staff are all from the top echelon. I had a technical issue which was fixed immensely quickly. 10/10

Cet hotel qui est à 5Mn à pied de la mer a des chambre confortables. Le service des chambres est impeccable tant par sa qualité que par sa rapidité et sa discrétion. Le restaurant (self service buffet) est agréable et offre des plats variés et bons.
Il est à proximité de la cité médiévale

I just have to reccomend Best Westren Plaza hotel.
Most of all very thankful to Aris Tsioukanis, manager at the hotel.
This hotel and the stuff are the most warm, plesent and proffesional.
We staied their at a very difficult time for us. Mr Tsioukanis Recognized our needs before we even approached, made us feel very wellcomed, took care of evrything we needed for the baby or didn't know how to find. Always very friendly and happy to help and to create the best customer experince. We will definitely be back

Very good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing with lot of choices. The room was big and the bed was perfect.
The bathroom was very small and the pool was too cold.

חדר מרווח אבל מרפסת קטנה מאוד.
ארוחת הבוקר טובה,אם כי אישית הייתי מעדיף פחות קינוחים ויותר סוגי ירקות ולא רק עגבניות ומלפפונים.
ארוחת הערב מגוונת אבל במחיר יקר של 20 אירו לאדם ללא שתיה שמוסיפה עוד מספר יורו למחיר היקר.במחיר כזה אתה יכול לאכול בכל מסעדה משובחת בסביבה ,אוכל הרבה יותר טוב.
השירות של החדרניות מצויין,החדר נקי ומנוקה באופן טוב.
בריכה גדולה ויפה ללא מציל.
הלובי קטן יחסית,אבל מדובר במלון עם מיקום מצויין.

Stopped here on the way to another island. Not too far from the port. A good pool area, inexpensive bar and good selection on the breakfast buffet. Rooms are modern and spotless.
Very helpful staff.
Always a delight to visit the bar for a beer even when I'm not stopping here.

Υπέροχο σε όλα! Όχι εντελώς καινούριο αλλά καθαρό κ οι υπάλληλοι υπέρ εξυπηρετικοί! Αλλιώς θα έβγαζα ένα αστεράκι γιατί μου φαίνεται παράλογο σε δίκλινο δωμάτιο να έχει κενά πάνω και κάτω η πόρτα του μπάνιου! Αλλά υπέροχο γενικά, το δωμάτιο μας ήταν άνετο, με μεγάλη ντουλάπα, είχε και μπαλκονακι με θέα , το πρωινό δεν θα μπορουσε να είναι πιο πλούσιο, τα είχε όλα.

Ειμασταν εκεί για 3 μέρες!!!Αυτό που μου μας έκανε φοβερή εντύπωση ήταν το service στο εστιατόριο????ο Κύριος που είναι 15 χρόνια στην ίδια ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα νομίζω το όνομα του είναι "Γιώργος"τέλειος επαγγελματίας μιλάει η εμπειρία από μόνη της στο Service ποιανει πουλιά στον αέρα,ξέρει να πουλήσει αλλά ταυτόχρονα δεν εκμεταλλεύεται.Του αξίζει ένας μεγαλύτερος βαθμός!!Ο κύριος "ΑΓΑΠΗΤΟΣ"Επίσης ένα αξιόλογο παλικάρι με σωστή και ενδιαφέρουσα άποψη προς τη δουλειά,και μπορεί να σου προτείνει το καλύτερο μενού!Με αγάπη και εκτίμηση από την οικογένεια Βογκλη????❣️Δωμάτια(524_528)Ημερομηνίες(Από 29/10/2023 μέχρι(31/10/2023)

Very bad experience will not visit them for sure.
They just stole our money.

They did not even make an effort to assist us by transferring our reservation.

Request for refund of 2 room reservation. Dear Sir or Madam We wanted to visit your hotel as we had scheduled a religious visit to Symi Island. We decided to cancel for the moment the visit to Rodos as we have a 3 year old boy and a sick old man. We are afraid for possible cancellation of return flight due to forthcoming war in Israel.
