Very nice and super friendly hosts. Staying there was a beautiful experience for us. The villa was super comfortable with a great view over the small island across the shore. Highly recommended to anyone looking to spend some quite time in a gorgeous surrounding.

We cannot praise our experience with Exensian Villas enough - it was incredible. First of all, the building is even more beautiful than in the pictures, every detail is so well thought through, we had total privacy and the most incredible view. But what really makes this experience is the service - everything we wanted or needed - from ice cubes when we turned up parched and tired, to organising an incredible private boat trip to watch the sun set, the guys were on hand or on the phone the minute we needed them. Fresh towels, cleaning the pool, taking away the rubbish all done with a big smile and no intrusion - we felt so looked after. There is a brilliant taverna 5 mins walk away too. It was so good we didn't bother going anywhere else. Staying here was an absolute dream and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Wieder ein traumhafter Urlaub in Exensian villas. Nach 5 Urlauben an diesem magischen Ort, ist es jedesmal wie nach Hause kommen. Von der Buchung über die Abwicklung/Organisation alles top und super freundlich. Die Seele von Exensian villas vor Ort ist Spyros. Egal welches Anliegen man hat, Spyros findet eine Lösung. Er ist für ziemlich alles bei den 4 Häusern zuständig. Er ist auch bei größeren Stress noch freundlich und nett????????????????. 100% Weiterempfehlung . Wir kommen sicher wieder. Rupert und Karin

Can't find a fault with Exensian Villas. From the initial booking right through to our last morning at the villa we've been treated with such amazing hospitality. Xenofon organised boat trips and answered all our questions and Spiros was so attentive, welcoming and friendly, he went above and beyond. The villa itself is truly beautiful with views to be forever remembered and treasured. The local taverna, Votsalo, is a definite must and only a few minutes walk, for everything else you'll need a car but exploring the island is another definite must. Nearby Limni Keri is also very pretty and highly recommended boat trips to both turtle island/keri caves and also Navagio/blue caves. All round just the best holiday. Thank you Exensian!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Exensian Villas in Zakhyntos. The hospitality was more than great, thanks a lot Spiros and Xenofon for making our stay as confortable as possible! A filled fridge with fruit and drinks at request because of our late arrival, assistance with renting a good car (without being ripped off with insurance), advice which places to visit, assistance by reservating restaurants and boattrips, nothing was too much. House was well cleaned and bedsheets and towels (daily) replaced. The nice pool with spectacular view of the bay inclusive Turtle Island (a real plus during these hot days) was kept clean during our week stay. The Villa is very nice, more than enough space and well equiped for our stay, Netflix and Prime account was well appreciated by our daughters :-)

What a magical place. Spiros and his colleagues at Exensian Villas & Suites couldn’t do enough to make our stay special and memorable.

No request was too much for Spiros, who made us welcome from the very beginning. A great guy!

The villa is situated up in the hills in Marathia, off a narrow road, 8 mins drive from the local beach village of Limni-Keri. A rental car is definitely recommended. Marathia beach is only a 5min walk away, however it is quite a steep climb down onto the beach itself so it’s not recommended if you’re unsure on your feet.

The villa was perfectly & tastefully equipped, with an incredible view of Marathanisi (turtle island) from every window.

Also, if you’re into scuba diving (first time or regular) there is an excellent family run diving centre called “Nero Sport” in Limni-Keri, who were fantastic! We also took a boat out with them around the island. It was an unforgettable day!

I would recommend this villa to anyone who is after a beautiful Greek escape away from the hustle & bustle. Exensian Villas were friendly, helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We will be back!

첫날은 렌트카를 못빌려서 숙소에서만 지냈는데 직원분이 먹을것과 마실것을 사다주기도 했습니다ㅠㅠ
정말 너무너무 친절했고 이제서야 감사인사를 드리네요! 덕분에 그리스에 대한 기억이 너무 좋게 남아있습니다:)

정말 호스피탈러티 서비스가 제공되는 곳이었어요!

Wonderful staff and perfect room condition

Υπέροχος χώρος! Η θέα είναι καταπληκτική, νιώθεις πως το Μαραθονήσι είναι δίπλα σου. Το προσωπικό και ο κύριος Σπύρος πολύ φιλικοί. Σίγουρα θα ξαναγυρίσουμε ????

Lovely lovely place!! Would highly recommend especially in summer / early autumn so the pool is a bit warmer. The pools are naturally heated so here at the end of October it's a tad chilly but doesn't take long to get used to.
All villas are exactly the same internal configuration but I would suggest that villa 1 and 3 probably have slightly better views and sun on the pools but honestly it's barely any difference... they are all amazing.
Driving is the only thing you need to be a little wary of...some of the hills are seriously steep and could be proper clutch killers.
Additional: Spiros onsite has loads of connections for boat trips, places to eat, beaches to visit etc. Take his advice as he knows what he's on about. He's really helped make our holiday.

What a great place, it’s located on the best location of the island with a beautiful view on “the Turtle”. The houses are stunning, the private pools make it complete. Spiros was very helpfully and gave as great advises on what to do, where to go etc. We would really recommend Exensian villas & suites to everyone’
