We took a girls trip from the 16.02-18.02.2024 and my friends were impressed. I work for the brand so I felt proud to know that we did not disappoint when it came to customer satisfaction and experience.
Thanks to Martin, the ladies at the front desk,the guest relations manager who paid attention to details and the entire service team up to wellness.

Dieser lief bei uns alles andere als rund.
Erst bat uns die Mitarbeiterin am Schalter Geduld zu haben, da sie was wichtiges zu erledigen habe. Also haben wir uns hingesetzt und gewartet. Irgendwann winkte sie uns herbei.
Die Mitarbeiterin legte dann mir wiederholt ein Check-in Papier vor, welches für einen anderen Gast gedacht war. Nachdem sie mir endlich glaubte eine andere Person zu sein, war unsere bestätigte Reservierung unauffindbar.
Also wieder hinsetzen und warten. Irgendwann klappte es. Zurück blieb die Wahrnehmung nicht willkommen zu sein. Zum Glück beschränkte sich das Gefühl lediglich auf eine Person.
Das Zimmer an sich ist gut, geräumig und sauber.
Das Hotel ist wunderschön und mondän. Die Lage ist hervorragend, da nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Karlsbrücke.
Die Frühstück sucht seines Gleichen. Es ist reichhaltig und qualitativ hochwertig.
Um an den Pool und in den Spabereich zu dürfen, mussten wir einen Zeitraum definieren. Sehr ungewöhnlich und unangenehm sich zur Entspannung an einen genau gesetzten Zeitraum zu halten.
Fazit: Tolles Gebäude, seltsame Gewohnheiten für den Besuch des Pools und holprige Check-in Prozesse.
We asked for a quiet room, before arrival. Although we received a bigger room than the standard room, it was next to the waste bins, which were regually emptied. This happened early in the morning. In addition, there was a constant slamming of doors, which persisted during late hours (after 10 pm). I assume, since some offices were next to our room, that our room was in a service area of the hotel. To be fair, the service desk provided us with an alternative, which we declined, since we arrived with a child and the rooms were too small for three. So, it is partly our fault. However, I feel that a room that was created by lowering the ceiling, thereby only having half a window should not be a regular sleeping room for guests.
The spa area is spacious and well maintained. It is run by very strict but efficient ladies, who give clear instructions on what is allowed and what should be avoided. The fitness area could use some improvement. It is a bit crowded and some of the machines do not seem to be well maintained.
The breakfast is extraordinary and you get more than you can ask for.
What was bothering me the most: The hotel hardly has any natural light inside. The breakfast room, the restaurant, the lobby, the spa: there are no windows. I was really happy getting outside to see some natural light.
During checkout I was asked whether I found everything to be alright. I wanted to address my issues but all I got was: "Aha!" That was it. Either I was not understood, or the person was not trained to be triggered by my complaints.
We would love to come back, since the location and especially the guys helping you with the luggage were really nice. But for a hotel of this class there is definitely room for improvement!
However, the reception was neutral to me, which would have been a fine addition if they were just as friendly as the restaurant staff.
I was fined with a preauthorization deposit, and almost again when checking out, indicating that the system cannot record correctly these transactions.
All together I can only reccomend it to everyone.

Tried their restaurant for first evening this was kind of convenient choice and food was very good , we had use the lobby area for dinning.
Spa area is very clean as well as saunas., again staff is very diligent and trying to offer best options.
Rooms are nice and quite big but some amenities like bed frame and wardrobe looks worn out. Bathroom is very clean with all items functional, still they are missing small but important items: shower cap, cotton buds.
A big plus is complimentary espresso machine, tea kettle and mineral water.
Breakfast buffet is rich and on top of that they have brunch a la carte menu.
One thing I really dislike their aroma perfume in lobby area is a nose smell killer.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and we really felt welcomed.
The food and service in the restaurant is excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
Hotellet er flott visuelt, estetikken er behagelig og beroligende. Resepsjonen gir "White Lotus"-vibber. Rommene er fine og rene.
Spaavdelingen med basseng, steamrom og badstue var enkelt og bruke, og tilfestilte våre behov. Bassenget holdt 28 grader, og var 20m langt. Dempet og behagelig belsyning. Badstuen holdt 90 grader.
Treningsrommet var litt lite og fullt av apparater. Det er det eneste negative jeg kan komme på.
Beliggenheten er prima.

The location is great and the exterior of the hotel is beautiful but i cannot say the same about the interior, especially the rooms.
The staff were great especially Ni and the duty manager they managed to make us happy.
Très bien situé à 5 minutes de la maison de la municipalité, pour les jeunes un restaurant d'hamburger très bon et pas cher juste à coté le meat &greet Senovážné náměstí 2
Attention au taux de change en payant, il vaut mieux payer en couronne qu'en euro!
Accès gratuit à un SPA avec piscine, sauna, hammam et espace détente.
Buffet du petit déjeuné copieux.
