최고, 그어떤 불편함도 없었습니다. 엘레베이터 얘기를하는데, 프라이빗한 엘레베이터 ^^ 저는 이것 마저도 좋았습니다. 트램타기 편하고 바로앞 공원도있어 산책하기도 좋아요. 마트도있고 다음 프라하여행때는 무조건 여기서만 지낼꺼예요

This hotel is amazing due to the staff, cleanliness, size of the room, cost, breakfast and location!!!!! As our driver was pulling the bags out of the vehicle, the gentleman inside the hotel came out to assist us. Once we were inside the hotel, he asked for our last name and my identification. He then brought up our reservation, provided the check-in documents within minutes and gave us a short briefing regarding hotel amenities and services.
Our room was fabulous because it was clean, spacious and well-maintained. There was a complimentary bottle of water with a small bottle prosecco. The room isn't modern in the sense of a 50" tv but who visits Prague to watch tv. It definitely has everything you need and is well-maintained. There are USB ports in the bedroom, ample light from the windows, rolladens in the living room, darkening curtains in the bedroom, a functioning stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and dining table. When we needed an additional towel after hours for our son, we were provided one immediately.
The breakfast is above standard in quality and limited in change, but that is ok. There are two lovely women who provide the option of making you fresh eggs, pancakes or waffles, and bacon. The self-service buffet offers fresh fruit such as bananas, apples and pears, it's subject to availability, a small selection of cheeses and meats, various types of bread, pastries, olives, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, baked beans, various cereals, yogurt, jams, honey, various types of coffe, tea, juices and milk. Highchairs are available.
Checking out was just as easy as checking into the hotel. We were allowed to stage our bags in the lobby area prior to our departure while we ate breakfast. Upon finishing breakfast, I stopped by the desk, gave my last name, paid our bill within two minutes and we departed the hotel with our driver while the hotel representative held the door open.
An added bonus and unexpected, was there is always a hotel representative at the desk who is able to buzz you in if you dont have your key handy.
You may take the tram, bus or train to visit Prague sites. We took Train C and Bus 112 to the Prague Zoo. We chose to walk the 1.1 km to Old Town.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti in questo albergo. Personale davvero cortese, sempre venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze. Le camere sono spaziose e provviste anche di una sala da pranzo + cucina e frigo. La mattina è offerta la colazione, che presenta tutto il necessario. Camere particolarmente silenziose e servizio di pulizia impeccabile. Dovessi tornare a Praga, non potrei assolutamente escludere un ritorno in questo hotel.

Maravilloso hotel. Habitaciones enormes con salon, nevera y cocina. Vladimir el camarero de Desayuno de 10. Repetiria sin dudarlo.

Pokoj velký, čistý. Na TV nešel ani jeden český kanál.
Snídaně bohatá nemohu nic vytknout.
Plus je výtah až do -1 kde je snídaně.
Recepční byly všichni úžasní milí.

Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück Top, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Parkplatz sehr teuer und Bad sehr klein, trotzdem immer wieder gerne. Danke ????

Parádní hotel blízko centra. Spokojenost.

Dejunul OK,! dar ! Trebuie să ceri mâncare deoarece nu toată este pregătită, așa un pic deosebit.
Personalul foarte amabil și prietenos.
Dezamăgire referitor la parcare pentru mașină... prețul este cosmic...! de exemplu in Zürich este mai ieftin!!!
Am apreciat micile surprize și cadouri din partea hotelului, Mulțumesc.
Am beneficiat de un apartament larg cu suficient spațiu pentru familia noastră.
Mobila ar avea nevoie de o reînnoire.
Probabil aș recomanda și altor persoane,dar eu nu aș mai rezerva acolo din cauza parcării exagerat de scumpă.

"Zkušenost v tomto hotelu byla velkým zklamáním. Pokoj byl nejen neútulný a zima pronikající ze všech koutů, ale také postele tvrdé jako skála. Očekával jsem základní standard pohodlí, ale místo toho jsem byl vystaven nepříjemnému pobytu. Za těchto okolností nemohu tento hotel doporučit a doufám, že můj názor pomůže předcházet podobným zážitkům v budoucnosti."

Value for money! Best hotel experience I’ve had for its price. Jan from reception is very friendly and helpful. He even helped me research where to buy a luggage. The lovely ladies from the buffet breakfast prepared the most wonderful breakfast I’ve had in Prague.
The location is perfect too since it’s near the tram and it’s also a walking distance from the city center.

I will definitely come back to this hotel when I go to Prague. Thanks for the exemplary service!

Lovely experience overall, thanks to the nice staff members and the big rooms where we slept like babies. Morning breakfast can satisfy different needs as it includes both savory and sweet options.
Great location on one of the main New Town roads, where there are several places to eat or buy stuff at walking distance.
Last but not least, one of the infamous Prague's beer spa is right inside the building!

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück hatte uns mehr als überzeugt.

Velmi dobra poloha, auto sme nechali na p+r chodov a sli metrom. Je to ovela lacnejsie.

Los apartamentos son amplios y aspaciosos. Cabe destacar la limpieza ya que está todo muy limpio. El edificio es singular.
El personal de recepción muy agradable y servicial.
La ubicación es buena ya que puedes ir caminando al centro y recorrer los númerosos monumentos de Praga.
