Start was not too good. Upon arriving we heard that our booking was not in the system and that we might have been scammed. After we requested the reservation website to call the hotel this was resolved. This resulted in some further issues with the included dinner, but the staff were all very nice, sorry, and ensured us that it will be resolved.

Regarding some reviews about staff not being nice or annoyed, we have only encountered nice and helpful staff. It might be the language barrier (or the hotel stayer itself ????) that is the problem.

Probably because there were no other rooms available due to the booking issue, we got a room with a spacious balcony and private sunbeds. I highly recommend booking the renovated rooms, as the others are quite outdated. Beds are definitely hard but we don't mind that. The room inside was honestly better than we expected, keeping in mind that this was one of the cheapest available options with a good rating in all of Tenerife.

Breakfast and dinner are good, even as a picky eater there was always something to eat. Other reviews mentioned that all food is cold, but I did not share the same experience. You can also not expect freshly prepared food from a buffet.

The outside area is nice, if you want to just take a walk you can do that in the big garden. Walking to the center of Puerto de la Cruz is honestly not recommended, on Google Maps everything looks pretty flat, but the entire city is located on a mountain side. One should really rent a car, use a taxi or use the shuttle service.

All in all we really enjoyed our stay, even though the start was not the best.

This is an older hotel but the room was very spacious and had a good fitted kitchen. Plenty of choice for breakfast and good snack bar at downstairs pool. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the front of the resort which is very useful as it's a very steep walk down.

Erittäin hyvä kokemus, positiivisesti ylitti odotukset. Ystävällinen palvelu, hyvä ruoka, huone tilava. Suosittelen muille paitsi liikuntaesteisille, korkean sijainnin johdosta.

Ein in die Jahre gekommen Objekt, die Außenanlagen bekommen mehr Pflege als das Haus. Das gelände ist weitläufig,
man braucht schon etwas Zeit je nachdem wo das Zimmer ist. Die Zimmer sind in Teilen fertig (Landestypisch), aber sauber. Das Essen war, naja schwankend in der Qualität. Das Personal war freundlich aber einzelne sahen mir genervt aus. Die Lage ist gut abseits und ruhig aber alles ist zu erlaufen. Mein Fazit, Zimmer mit Frühstück und dann die Insel erkunden, essen gehen kostet nicht viel und ist bestimmt besser.

Ik ging voor workation en had een studio met standaard ontbijt erbij. Alles was prima in orde. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en ze hadden lekkere bonenkoffie. 3 zwembaden waarvan 1 overdekt kan worden en die was in het laagseizoen ook als enige verwarmd. De matrassen lagen wat hard. Wifi was goed. Hotel lag tegen de berg en om vanuit het centrum terug te komen moet je serieus steil omhoog (25-30 graden) of je pakt de pendelbus die op gezette tijden rijdt.
