Tolles familiär geführtes Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück.
Autos fahren so gut wie gar nicht vor der Tür, weil sie es nicht dürfen.

We have stayed here several times.
Overall rooms are excellent and the location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach, close to transport -but still quite peaceful.
Because the road in front is car free (only taxis may use it for access) it is both safe and quiet.
The reception and breakfast team are very pleasant and helpful, actually helping us a lot on this most recent trip with an issue we had. They went out of their way to make things easier for us.
The only reason for the 4 rating (not 5) for the rooms is that one of our rooms -the appartment- was not quite as good as the others (we had 4 in total). The appartment is a good size and good for a family, but not quite at the same standard as the other rooms.

Grazie for such a lovely stay. This was the first part of our honeymoon. Lovely and friendly staff (knowledgeable as well). Good location - very central but also quiet at night for us. Great breakfast included. Such a lovely experience to welcome us into Sardinia !

L’hôtel était super bien placé, dans une zone de plage très grande.
Les gens de l’hôtel étaient super ! Ils étaient serviables, accueillants, souriants et très aimables.
Ils parlaient plusieurs langues, ce qui facilitait la communication.
On est arrivé vers 9h, ils nous ont de suite proposé de prendre un petit déjeuner, ce qui tout le monde sait, n’est pas courant, car il y que le matin suivant du jour qu’on arrive, qu’on a le droit au petit déjeuner.
Ils nous ont aussi directement proposé de laisser nos affaires et prêter des linges pour aller profiter de la plage(contre une caution de 20 euros). Ils prêtent aussi des pare-soleil, ce que je conseille car il fait très chaud.
Les chambres était très belles, un design typique vacances et très propres.
Le petit-déjeuner était bien garni et une très gentil dame faisait les cafés.
Malgré que c’était vers une route très fréquentée avec des bars et restaurants, à l’intérieur de la chambre on entendait pas le bruit extérieur.
Les seuls défauts trouvés sont (si on peut appeler ceci de défauts):
- on entends facilement les bruits à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, quand les gens parlent ou marchent.
-Et l’odeur de frites du restaurant qui se trouvait tout près si on était sur le balcon.

Perfecta ubicación en playa Poetto. Vistas fantásticas y ambiente muy agradable. Llegamos un sábado de agosto por la noche y tuvimos problemas para aparcar. La zona estaba colapsada por varios eventos. El desayuno es un poco justo. A parte de esos inconvenientes, merece la pena por la ubicación y la atención en los detalles.

This hotel was so beautiful and centrally located to restaurants and the beach. Paola was so kind and helpful, she made our trip perfect. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. Beautiful and clean.

This place was absolutely amazing. The way we were greeted and welcomed was extremely genuine and friendly. They explained everything to us about how the villa worked and possible activities to do in the area and they did it in English. They organized shuttles to and from the airport!! Not to mention that the room quality and cleanliness was perfect. To me, the most important was how helpful they were, during my trip I got my wallet and phone stolen, they were two people at the reception at the time and both were extremely helpful helping me go to the police and find our stuff!! Best experience, would definitely recommend!

This hotel is lovely, although the room we stayed in could use some renovations. However, the kind and amazing staff totally made up for it. We had an amazing vacation in Sardinia thanks to the very kind man at the reception. He gave us the best tips for beaches and other trips! Every morning we drove wherever he recommended us and every place was simply stunning. We didn't stay at the local Poetto beach at all, it's definitely better to rent a car and drive around the island for a really unique beach experience.
The lady at the reception was also very kind, she recommended us 2 seafood restaurants nearby, we tried both and were very happy with the choice. So definitely ask them for some recommendations.
Breakfast was good, except for no vegetables available. The location is good although we expected many more restaurants, cafes and shops along the beach based on the reviews, it was rather calm and quiet. We drove to the city center almost every evening for true "vacation vibes" evening experience. But it's definitely a great option for someone looking for a more quiet location.

Disappointed with the Lack of Flexibility and Customer Service from the Hotel Administration
I regret that I cannot provide a detailed review of the hotel itself, as I was unable to travel due to an unexpected illness. However, I would like to share my experience with the hotel administration and owner, as it speaks volumes about their customer service and flexibility. When I was advised by my doctor to cancel my trip, the tour operator contacted the hotel to arrange a refund of the costs. Unfortunately, the response from the hotel administration was extremely disappointing. Instead of showing any understanding or offering alternative solutions, they flatly rejected the refund without considering my situation. I understand that hotels have expenses to cover and cancellation policies in place. Nevertheless, I had hoped for a bit more empathy and willingness to accommodate my circumstances. Perhaps they could have gone the extra mile and allowed me to change the dates of my booking. Such a solution would have been beneficial for both parties and would have demonstrated the hotel's concern for its guests' well-being.
The fact that the hotel showed no flexibility and seemingly had no interest in handling my case appropriately casts a negative light on the administration and owner. Customer service and guest satisfaction should always be a top priority, especially in cases involving unforeseen circumstances such as illness. While I cannot review the hotel itself based on personal experience, I can say that I am disappointed with their approach based on my interaction with the hotel administration. It is important for hotels to not only focus on their profits but also to address the needs and situations of their guests. Unfortunately, this expectation was not met in this particular case.
I hope that the hotel reevaluates its policies and demonstrates more flexibility in handling unexpected situations in the future. Only then can it earn the trust of potential guests and provide a positive experience for all.

Hotel très sympa. Atypique. Belle chambre. Lit un peu dur. Une super gelateria devant l'hôtel. La promenade devant l'hôtel est génial.
