Mahh abbiamo prenotato un escursione a Santorini da Creta, che ti presentano come escursione di 14 ore, partenza alle 7.30 con arrivo a Santorini alle 11 e ripartenza alle 17. Uno pensa di fare almeno 6 ore "a piede libero" o quasi...
In realtà non ti spiegano i dettagli e i particolari... tra bus, spostamenti e ritardi siamo stati sull'isola a malapena 2 ore nell'ora di punta (sole cocente e vicoli a mo' di formicaio), pranzo compreso.
Una giornata persa, 200€ a testa perse.
Meno male che almeno abbiamo fatto 10 minuti di bagno ("escursione al vulcano"?????????) prima del ritorno. Boh non è assolutamente valsa la pena. Meglio il turismo "fai da te".

Guide was good for Knossos but for samaria gorge we wished for a bit more generally information before we went on the hike. We understand that all 50 people won't walk with the guide but some more general information on bus would be nice. Some plans were out of date on the webbpage.

Zarezerwowaliśmy wycieczkę do Samarii przez właścicieli naszego apartamentu. Byliśmy umówieni o określonej godzinie w określonym miejscu i wszystko poszło sprawnie. Zarówno kierowca jak i przewodnik byli bardzo doświadczeni i przesympatyczni. W autokarze przewodnik dokładnie omówił jaki będzie przebieg wycieki. Dostaliśmy nawet mapki z oznaczeniem gdzie możemy uzupełnić wodę i skorzystać z toalety. Z uwagi na mój stan zdrowotny szliśmy bardzo powoli, a mielismy czas na odpoczynek, uzupełnienie wody, toaletę, posiłek, a na koniec kąpiel w morzu i zimne piwo w tawernie. Gorąco polecam!!! Bardzo dobrze zorganizowana wycieczka!!! ????

Les voyages qui proposent sont superbes mais gros problème de communication avec le service qui oublie de nous prévenir lorsque l’excursion est annulé par exemple et déçu de la manière dont certain(e)s membres du personnels nous accueillent.

Nice trip to Santorini with this company. The busses are quite old and need a renewal. The guide Giorgos was super funny and professional and made the tour very relaxed and interactive.
It is better to make sure you got reclinable seats at the boat to sleep. It moves a bit, so be carefull is you suffer travel sickness.

Our driver Manolis was really kind and funny. Our lucky number was 13. ???? We went to Balos lagoon and Gramvousa island. It would have been nice if we would have been told that we have to jump on huge slippery rocks to get to the lagoon.
This program should only be recommended to people who are prepared and dare to jump and climb even on sharp stones.

We also went to Falassarna, the bus forgot to stop and pick us up, they had to turn back for us, at least they did. It would have been nice to know that the beach we are going to is very isolated, there is really nothing else to do besides sunbathing, swimming and watching the sunset.

I'm only giving three stars, because the sunset was beautiful.

Excellent choice. I did 3 excursions with them (elefonisi, perveli palm tree beach, balos). Safer and faster than renting a car.

We booked the day trip to Balos Gramvousa which was well organised and the staff very polite and friendly! However, it was rather expensive for a day trip when you can buy a ticket for the bus to Kisamos and the ferry on your own for a lot less money!

J'ai réservé une excursion sur Balos mais le service est décevant. L'excursionniste était présente uniquement à l'aller ; nous étions livrés à nous même au retour essayant de converser avec le chauffeur qui ne parlait pas anglais.

Booked a day trip to Elafonisi. Everything was fantastic- the driver was exceptional and the tour guide was kind and shared a lot of awesome historical information. Highly recommend.

Πολύ ευγενική η κυρία που μας εξυπηρέτησε, κλείσαμε εκδρομή στο φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς από το εν λόγω ταξιδιωτικό, μας παρείχαν πλήρεις οδηγίες κ όλα πήγαν μια χαρά. Η ξεναγός μας ήταν πολυ καλή, πρόθυμη να μας δώσει ότι πληροφορίες χρειαζόμαστε κ είχε δίκιο σε ο,τι μας είπε να προσέξουμε. Το προτεινω ανεπιφύλακτα για να μην έχετε άγχος σε καμία εκδρομή σας!

Πολύ καλό πρακτορείο κάνει το προγραμμα όπως το περιγράφει ακριβώς!!!! Η κα.Ελενα άριστη αρχηγός κ εξαιρετική σαν άνθρωπος με γνώσεις κ επαγγελματίας!
Θα θέλαμε να την έχουμε ξανά!!

I did 2 excursions with this company: Knossos and Elafossini. The first one was good and the tourist guide (Niki) did a brilliant job.

The beach one was not so good. In the morning, the driver was annoyed that I arrived on time. Pick up time, as written in the booking, was 7:55am and I arrived at 7:54am, so just in time. My friends arrived at 7:50am and the driver wanted to leave without me. He would have gone if my friends had not insisted that our booking constitutes a contract, and the pickup time was clearly written on it. Nowhere in that piece of paper was there any written clause indicating you need to arrive 10 minutes before. Anyway, we arrived at the beach by about 11:30 and it was extremely busy. No sun umbrellas left, so we had to sit in the sun , together with 1000s of other people. I would not recommend this excursion in July/ August. The Stavros beach is nicer and less busy

Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί όλοι. Κλείσαμε εισιτήρια για Κρήτη από Πειραιά και ήταν σε όλα άψογοι από την εξυπηρέτηση και την ενημέρωση ως την πληρωμή και αποστολή εισητηρίων και αποδείξεων
