PALAZZO RIMONDI BOUTIQUE HOTELS

We stayed three nights at this hotel. Great location really awesome rooms would recommend this hotel to anybody reasonable rates and breakfast was included.

Είχαμε την τιμή να μείνουμε στο Rimondi Boutique Hotel και μπορούμε να πούμε με σιγουριά ότι ήταν μια από τις πιο απολαυστικές διακοπές μας. Κλείσαμε ένα δωμάτιο με τζακούζι, το οποίο ήταν εξαιρετικά περιποιημένο, πανέμορφο και πεντακάθαρο.

Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ένα άλλο από τα στοιχεία που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας αξέχαστη. Όλοι ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικοί, επαγγελματικοί και πάντα με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη, προσφέροντάς μας ό,τι καλύτερο σε υπηρεσίες και φιλοξενία.

Σίγουρα θα συστήσουμε το Rimondi Boutique Hotel σε φίλους και οικογένεια και ανυπομονούμε να το επισκευτούμε πάλι την επόμενη φορά που θα βρεθούμε στο Ρέθυμνο.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Le parking gratuit juste à l'extérieur est un vrai plus.

We spent such a relaxing week in this hotel but within just 50 paces out of the hotel you're in the hustle and bustle of Rethimno old town; shops, cafés, ice-cream and restaurants galore! It's an incredible hotel in a superb location!

For us, it had everything. With its two swimming pools, small roof terrace (with four loungers) and a quiet hotel atmosphere, it's an oasis of calm in an otherwise very busy town.

Rooms are well-appointed (incredibly comfy matress/pillows) and made spotlessly clean each and every day. For me, cleaning staff are the unsung heroes of the hotel industry...and no where more, was this the case, than here.

Staff are friendly across the board (they all seemed very happy to be working here) - when you stay in a lot of hotels, this is not always the case, breakfast was pretty much the same each day but with a very decent selection of extremely fresh choices. The Greek Yoghurt, Honey, Fruits and Feta Cheeses were incredible! We overheard one guest moaning...but if you don't like it...there's plenty of choice around and about. Go out.

My main comment, the hotel staff are not very good at selling! Dreadful in-fact. Sitting by the pool on a hot afternoon longing for something ice-cold and wet. You have to ask...rather than being asked. A minor thing admittedly.

Given its location, on many occasions, tourists venture into the (private) hotel grounds, sit down by the pool and proceed to try to order drinks. They're refused....and rightly so. The Rimondi has standards. ????
