Best hotel and best services , all the staffs are very polite and helpful. Complimentary bike rental was def a plus. This hotel def make a big impact for my stay in Amsterdam. Love it definite will stay here again ????

The hotel was nice and well-located, but I was disappointed by the receptionist’s behavior. She was rude and unprofessional, and did not make me feel welcome. I expected better service from a hotel of this standard.

I had very nice stay!! As an IHG Royal Ambassador / Inner Circle kindly upgraded to a top floor room.
I really appreciated the service personal, excellent drinks at the bars, especially the signature cocktails and high quality food in the restaurant.

We had an issue during reservation with 10 people. And let's say that they where not really very commercially minded to resolve our issue. Small detail... We used to be a recurring customer.

Stayed for four nights. Superb location. Central but also quiet. All staff were fantastic and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

From the time we walked into Kimpton to the time we left; the hotel staff was kind, friendly, and ensured we had the best experience in the hotel, but also in Amsterdam. As you view this modern hotel, it is well kept, clean throughout out, and ment to enjoy your stay. Even providing umbrellas for you use during your stay. The room was clean and about right for the dollar value. If you had forgotten just about anything they had replacements for you. The bed was enjoyable, and room temp about right given that Netherlands was entering the late fall season. The hotel had some great amenities including a cafe on property, where we had coffee morning and afternoon each day, and a great restaurant. Know that if you plan on having breakfast on property the restaurant doubles as the breakfast location. We enjoyed each breakfast, just know they can make any type of eggs and even make avocado toast at your request. If we could give the hotel any suggestions on this, is to not use a universal coffee machine to make the coffees for breakfast. The cafe is great and you also have a nice espresso machine directly in the bar. The hotel does have a happy hour bar, but we did not partake in the action. Lastly, given our actives in Amsterdam and the hotel being so close to the train station, we believe that the hotel is in a good area of Amsterdam, and located perfect to get around the city. Overall, we would recommend hotel to anyone, and if we were ever to return to Amsterdam; this is where we would stay!

Awesome hotel in the heart of Amsterdam with super friendly and helpful staff especially Demi, Alex and Gabriel which made our check-in and check out process run quickly and smoothly after our long journey from Indonesia and Norway, and also special thanks to Maria who made our breakfast moments cool and enjoyable

I have been there from 19-21.1.2024 (2 nights).
Room was fine but not enough space for 2 people luggages and bathroom was very small too.
My room was never cleaned despite having requested it several times. They apologized and told me I would find it cleaned when I returned; but NOTHING. I complained to the manager at the front desk who also got pissed that I was pissed off and the only thing she told me was that she could provide me with clean towels and a person who could make my bed immediately (it was 11p .m.). I said I would expect a refund for a service not received, response: "we will let you know".

I just stayed here for a 13 night business trip. I've stayed at various hotels throughout Amsterdam over the past couple of years for work including - Park Plaza, art'otel, Sofitel, Raddison, Amrath, etc. Anyway, Kimpton De Witt was the best experience I have had. Not necessarily the largest nicest rooms but the service and the staff is exceptional. Everyone on the team here is so lovely, front desk staff was wonderful and so helpful. The restaurant breakfast is great, and the servers in the restaurant were awesome. The rooms were cleaned beautifully every day and they refill water bottles daily as well.
Obviously the one downside is the hotel is located directly in city centre which is very crowded on the weekends with tourists.
Highly recommend if you appreciate good service.

My only negative comment is about the bathrooms which are small , terribly outdated , the blue and white tiles in bathroom are horrible so is the lighting in the bathroom which is very inadequate and the bathrooms are dark .Otherwise no complaints.

Disappointing stay. I visit Amsterdam every 3 weeks, I really enjoy the comfort of the beds in Kimpton De Witt but the service is so-so. Despite staying here multiple times there is never any recognition of me coming back, fine, most hotels are this poor at welcoming repeats customers. However, tonight I arrived back to my room and finally found the room service menu, I called and ordered food only to be told the kitchen was closed because it was “5 minutes past”. I specifically called at 22.01. I explained it was only 1 minute late and I was told that the kitchen was closed and I needed to call reception, which I did and they transferred me back to the same unhelpful kitchen staff. Honestly, given I pay €250 per night in this hotel and I despise that I cannot he afforded 60 seconds grace on a food order. Quality hotels do not have staff like this, nor treat customers like this. I won’t stay here again, nor will any of my team who visit Amsterdam weekly. Petty service.

We arrive at 17:09 and the rooms are not ready! No free drinks or anything as compensation. Just: wait around the corner please! For this price a joke! Zero stars but not possible on Google maps!

Nice room, hot chocolate in the mornings, fruit water in the afternoons, friendly service. Very convenient location near Amsterdam Central station.

Excelente hotel para tu estancia en Ámsterdam. El personal simplemente excepcional tanto en recepción, servicio a recamaras y restaurante.
El desayuno muy completo.
Estación principal de tren a 5 minutos caminando y estaciones de tranvía a 1 minuto para moverte en la ciudad. Muy recomendable

الاوتيل جااامدد موقعه بطل وامان بعده باربع مباني قسم شرطه وقريب من كل شي ومن ساحة الدام موقعه اسطوري عيبه الوحيد غرفه صغار مثل بقية فنادق اوربا انا ماخذ اكبر غرقه ٢٤ متر ويالله يالله كفت الاغراض

Rooms are super small and super expensive! Dont recommend it at all
