PS: Answer to your reply under my Review... Your investigation is wrong because I did stay from 21 March to 25 March. There is no misunderstanding or confusion about location. You just want to lie because you can't hear truth about your pathetic hostel. AND these are not allegations, these are the facts about your hostel.
La ubicacion es ideal en el medio de todo con facil acceso a todas las zonas.La habitación es chica pero el baño tiene un tamaño perfecto para poder cambiarse cómodo.
El desayuno es recomendable ya que vale su precio.
Las camas super cómodas.

Ubicación es muy buena, las atenciones no son tan buenas.
Everything was so perfect, the cleanness, staffs, and I also love the public area which is recommended for those who need to attend the meeting online or do the work. It could be a little bit loud during the peak time, but you do can find the time which is really quite. Also the staffs were extremely welcoming, so nice to recommend the trip and are willing to spend some times to talk which makes me feel like home. The room was also super clean including the bathroom, also as a girl, the wind of the hairdryer was definitely strong enough for a long-hair girls(highlight)!! As for location, it’s definitely perfect which is right at the center to every spot. Most importantly, the rossio station is just near by which allows travel or to access to everywhere they want, like Sintra, cascais…
Again, 100% recommend!!

일관적인 규칙이 없고 직원 마음대로인 호스텔의 규칙.
누군가에게는 와인따개를 빌려주고, 누군가에게는 자기네 바에서 술을 팔기 때문에 슈퍼마켓에서 사온 맥주나 와인을 공용공간에서 마셔서는 안된다고 매우 불쾌하게 화를 내는 태도로 이야기하는 직원이 있음.
체크인 당시 개인 음식을 사와서 먹어도 되며 식기를 빌려준다는 안내를 들었지만, 주류는 거기에 포함이 안된다는 안내가 없었으며 예약 홈페이지에서도 발견하지 못함. (이 호스텔은 아침식사를 판매하고 있는데 자기네가 판매하는 것을 공용공간에서 먹으면 안된다면서, 왜 음식은 되는 것인지? 물 탄산음료 또한 자동판매기나 바에서 판매하고 있을텐데 왜 음료 중 주류는 안되고 다른 음료는 되는 것인지? 아니면 일체의 음료가 인되는 것인에 대한 기준도 없음)
인근 도시와 국가를 여행하며 어느 호스텔에서도 경험하지 못한 이상한 규칙이며, 그마저도 게스트마다 스텝마다 일관성 없이 제멋대로 적용하는 이상한 숙소임. 적어도 나에게는 포르투갈과 리스본에 대한 기억을 망쳐버린 최악의 숙소 1위.
My question is:Why did the receptionist on the first day tell me to ask the receptionist again the next night if I could prepare a sandwich? Why did the receptionist on the second day tell me to ask the manager again the next day? So what is your role? Why don't you guys communicate internally and just confirm if it's okay or not, instead of having the customer repeat the same question to three people in a row? These two female receptionists were just passing the responsibility, one to the other and one to the manager.
Also I waited almost 10 minutes when I checked-in itself. When it was my turn, the receptionist got up and left, saying to wait a minute for her and come right away. It ended up being five minutes before she came back, and the point is she didn't say anything to apologize or anything. And when I had breakfast the next day, the receptionist said I didn't have a breakfast reservation, and I said I had already paid for it. She then went to the front desk computer to confirm and then said her co-worker forgot to stamp my breakfast and didn't say she apologized. First time I've seen the receptionist so good at pushing responsibility.

Turns out they control the heater for all the rooms and they turned it off.
So we asked for a heater on. Called three times and came down to the reception once.
But they did not take care of our request…

숙소는 그리 크진 않은데 쾌적해요
I made the awfull mistake of staying in This “hotel” (If you can call it like that) for three nights. When we first arrive the home hotel smelled like a restroom (a stinky and dirty one) and that smell is also in the room.
Then the second and the third night they turn off the heat in the middle of winter. I felt as a was sleeping in the street with cold and a piss smell. I asked the Girl in the front desk to turn it on several times and she did nothing. The second and last night we asked again said it wasnt her problem and she left, she didnt give me her name even though i asked for it. So please dont throgh away your money.
일단 방음이 너무 안돼서 그냥 옆방 걸어다니는 소리, 문닫는 소리가 크게 들리고 창문은 무슨 계속 열려있는 줄 알았습니다 너무 시끄러워요ㅠ
직원들도 체크인할때만 친절하고 갈때는 인사도 안받고 맡긴 짐도 그냥 주다가 마는..;조금 기분이 나빴습니다ㅎ
위치나 청결상태는 나쁘지 않았네요
다시 리스본 온다면 안갈 듯 합니다~
