Cuidado, pedimos 3 cervezas imperiales y nos sacaron grandes. Creemos que pretendían timarnos como turistas. Cuando al ir a pagar preguntamos si eran imperiales porque creíamos que eran las de 20 cl. nos trataron de locos por pretender reclamar y nos dijeron que ellos nos habían sacado esas y que la culpa era nuestra por no fijarnos. Al final, tras discutir, nos cobraron como pequeñas. Muy mal educados tanto el camarero como el encargado. No se corresponde con la categoría que se le supone al hotel.

Habitación pequeña,la recepción es en la barra del bar, la habitación no tiene armario,la calefacción la manejan a su antojo aunque pidas que la suban no lo hacen,personal antipático,la limpieza muy mejorable sobre todo en el baño, el lavabo no te puedes lavar la cara porque es diminuto,en fin para no volver

This hotel was amazing, at first we had a very small room at the front of the hotel, directly above the restaurant and also on the street side. For us this was too loud, we asked for a different room and for the last night this was possible. Overall it was great service and breakfast that we had included was also great. The location is perfect as well.

Hotel nei pressi della metro stazione baixa chiado, molto vicino a rua agusta e alla piazza del commercio.
Proprio a fianco della struttura c'è una panetteria per eventuale colazione se si vuole evitare quella offerta dall'hotel.
La sera sempre nei pressi dell'hotel c'è la possibilità di visitare la rua Augusta che è sempre animata.
La nostra camera era al primo piano si affacciava sulla strada ma era ben insonorizzata e nonostante la via trafficata non si sentiva quasi nulla.
Le camere non sono molto spaziose ma contengono all'interno tutto ciò che può servire nel soggiorno:
Frigorifero , cassaforte, climatizzazione , Televisore e asciugacapelli.
L'hotel offre anche oltre al servizio di Asciugamani anche accappatoi e Ciabatte e set di saponi, bagnoschiuma e cuffietta per la doccia.
Chicca dell'hotel è sicuramente il ristorante dove abbiamo cenato per 3 sere di seguito. Oltre alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità del personale, la cucina offerta è davvero gustosa e ricca di varianti per vegani e intolleranti.

ubicación inmejorable, a 3 minutos de la Plaza del Comercio y a 1 minuto de la calle comercial con todas las tiendas y restaurantes. No necesité coger transporte público para moverme a ningun barrio que visitar. La habitación no es grande pero es bonita y tiene todo lo necesario. Al llegar te entregan además una tarjeta con un 20% de descuento en su restaurante y otra con una bebida gratis por persona. Recomiendo mucho comer alli, la comida riquísima. El personal muy amable y tiene servicio de consigna de maletas tanto a la llegada como a la salida.

Great location, very warm welcoming by the staff. Location is perfect walking distance to the most of the spots and also bus & tram stations. Rooms were small but still value for money.

Es un hotel calidad precio bastante, bastante bien.
Estuve 4 días en febrero y la verdad fenomenal...el servicio estupendo, ubicación 10, la habitación muy limpia y el entorno no es ruidoso aún estando en una avenida.

Incrível restaurante próximo a praça do comércio em Lisboa. São 2 quadras.
15 euros o Menu do dia, incluindo entrada, prato principal, sobremesa e bebida. Tambem é um hotel com diárias em excelente valor.

Great location downtown Lisbon. Loved our communicating rooms and service was great. Our plan included breakfast but we also had dinner here and it was all good food. It was our daughter's birthday one day and we decorated the room for her - the staff were so thoughtful to leave a dessert tray and bottle of wine for us after cleaning the room! So sweet. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a week in December. This is a very lovely boutique hotel centrally located to the major squares, shopping, the metro, and restaurants. Everything I needed was in walking distance. My room was nicely decorated and staff were extremely nice and responsive. Additionally, the hotel restaurant had excellent food and service. I look forward to visiting again and would stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room itself was a moderate size and felt okay clean. The location was really good. Close to the water and close to all the sights. There's a bus stop nearby as well and a train station.

When we stayed there in September of 2023, they had construction early in the morning at 6am. It was really noisy. Other than that I loved the layout of the room. They had a table available and the bathroom was quite large.

The reception was in the restaurant but they were really nice and there's a tiny area for seating. Check in went so smooth and overall would recommend it

Le personnel est très accueillant. Chambre petite mais confortable. Bonne qualité prix pour dormir si près de l’Alfama dans le baixa-chiado. Bonne nourriture pour le diner et souper.

We LOVED the one night we had in Lisbon, and this room has a lot to do with it! Beautiful and clean, and very comfortable. Situated perfectly within the city. It was nice to stay in a historic building while having all the modern amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!
