Other than that, it was a fantastic experience.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the business district and a 15 min walk to the waters.
The breakfast was amazing too - wide range of options and really good quality. Our room was modern but the breakfast area retained all the old character from what the building used to me, and that was really fascinating.
The staff were fantastic too. When they found out it was my wife's birthday, they put cake and wine in our room, all on the house!
Ήμασταν στον 5ο όροφο οπότε δεν υπήρχε καθόλου φασαρία. Δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει και στάση μετρό.

Tengo un dinero aplazado para poder realizar una reserva, contacto por email, a los cuales no me contestan. En cambio, llamo al teléfono del hotel y me informan de que hay disponibilidad en las fechas solicitadas; a su vez, llamo al teléfono de reservas y me confirman lo mismo.
Cuando facilito mi email, para gestionar la reserva y así informar de que tengo un crédito para utilizar, volvemos al mismo proceso. NADIE CONTESTA Y NO SE GESTIONA LA RESERVA.
Viajábamos desde Bilbao en avión, tuvimos que abandonar el aeropuerto por causa de UNA OPERACIÓN DE URGENCIA.
Fue explicado el caso al hotel, solicitando el posible reembolso de dos noches con desayuno incluido.
Nos explicaron que no se podía devolver el dinero y nos dieron un margen para poder realizar de nuevo la reserva ( un margen bastante corto), llevo tres días consecutivos mandado email para hacer una nueva reserva, dentro del plazo que me dieron y NO ME CONTESTAN A LOS EMAIL NI ME COGEN EL TELÉFONO.
No sé si el fin es que yo pierda el dinero.
NO LO RECOMIENDO, PUESTO QUE EN CASO DE PROBLEMAS NO RESPONEDEN DEBIDAMENTE
I stayed here for my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a couple of treats, which was lovely and so thoughtful of them (I didn't tell them it was my birthday).
Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon.
