My slippers was missing after housekeeping

One of the most unique hotels I have ever stayed in and service was superb. The front desk workers were very helpful, nice, and the housekeeping was so nice and cleaned daily.

Ich war für meine erste solo-travel Erfahrung für eine Woche in Lissabon im JAM Hotel untergebracht. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, so dass man von dort aus überall gut hin kommt. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer an sich hat meinen Anspruch erfüllt und war für mich passend. Ich hatte keine Verpflegung dazu gebucht, habe aber 3x spontan das Frühstück in Anspruch genommen. Für jeweils 15€ wurde ich satt, die Auswahl war gut und für meinen Anspruch war es ausreichend. Es gab sogar Sojamilch. Als kleinen Tipp oder Verbesserung würde ich mir ein bisschen mehr Auswahl an vegetarischem Aufschnitt wünschen. Ebenso wäre die Auslage von frischem Gemüse (Karotte, Gurke, Tomate) wünschenswert. :)

Die Rooftoplbar, Chillarea und der Pool ist auch super nice. Hier kann man gut abschalten, chillen und eine gute Zeit haben. Ist eine schöne Besonderheit an dem Hotel.

Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden und würde/ werde hoffentlich wieder einchecken. Ich hatte hier eine wirklich gute Zeit! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Truly exceptional and very unique new hotel in Lisbon.

Pros: Pool and deck had great views, the restaurant onsite was very good but slightly expensive, rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice water views, staff was helpful, great location near restaurants and attractions, all in all a great relaxed, clean and comfortable vibe.

Cons: Really minor but the rooms could benefit with small refrigerators

Very neat hotel. The rooms are super family friendly, and quite trendy. There is no free parking in front of the hotel but there is a cheap parking lot nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable and our kids loved the rooftop pool. If we are back in Lisbon we will stay here again

Jam Lisbon is an incredible place to stay. Not only are the rooms spacious, eclectic and relaxing, but the service is top notch. I forgot an item at the hotel and it was promptly shipped back to me with very little hassle. Would recommend!

Good hotel close to the city center and all the main attractions of the city. The services in the room could be improved ( no frigo bar inside, no flip flop). Very good Roof Top where you can relax and chill with soft drinks

El diseño del hotel es espectacular, muy original, incluyendo recepción, pasillos, habitaciones e incluso los ascensores. El servicio es magnífico, son todos muy agradables y hay una gran cantidad de empleados que hablan en inglés o español, cosa que se agradece. El hotel está bastante bien ubicado, no muy lejos del centro y cerca de estaciones de tranvia y bus. Ademas, tiene una terraza muy acogedora con un bar y una piscina. Me ha encantado, lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Le style est assez original, mais très propre. Le toit terrasse avec sa piscine et son bar offre une très belle vue. Par contre pas de télé dans notre chambre et pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Il faut quand même bien marcher pour rejoindre le centre ville où ça bouge. Nous sommes y aller en mars et en semaine peut-être l'été l'ambiance se fait de plus près. Je recommande quand même.

Es un Hotel moderno , ambiente agradable , tranquilo y los cuartos super original !! Estuvimos mi esposo yo y dos de nuestros hijos .
El are de la piscina esta en el rooftop y es espectacular.
Esta muy bien ubidado de cualquier lugar que quieras conocer en Lisboa .
Super recomendado !!!

Fantastic design but lacking a few details.
The rooms are cool and the place is clean but it is a little “style over substance”

The beds are hard, the curtains don’t block the light from coming in as they are too narrow for the windows, the only give you one toilet roll for the bathroom.

Enjoyed a three night stay here, on a dad and young teen trip. My child loved the novelty of the bunk type beds in our room. Bed was comfy although it would be perfect if there were a range of pillow sizes as they were all very thick. Good shower and very good noise insulation from the road outside.

The rooftop bar serves local craft beer among other drinks, and the pool would be a blessing during warm weather as you can have a dip and watch the river traffic go by. We got hours of use of the table tennis table, so really this facility made all the difference for us.

We didn't breakfast in Jam as there are several great spots (Heim in particular) just behind the hotel.

The hotel is a bit out of town but there are lots of transport options, from buses to trams, trains and scooters. You can walk to Cais Do Sodre/ Time out in about 15 minutes. A Bolt taxi to the airport took about 20 minutes and cost e10.

A decoração deste hotel é fantástica ,detalhes com um visual moderno e industrial. Os lençóis, cama e travesseiros eram confortáveis ​​e tudo estava impecável. O cortinado do quarto super original .. Parabéns adorei! O único ponto negativo pouca iluminação!

Hip hotel, locatie ligt goed, bedden ok. Maar heel warm overal in het hotel. Raam open is veel herrie waaronder vliegtuigen. En we hebben ons met name gestoord aan de sigarettenwalm die op de een of andere manier binnen komt in de kamers. Heel vies. Reden om het bij 1x te laten. Ontbijt is 15 euro pp. Niet gedaan. Ziet er mager uit. Beter ontbijt bij Heim cafe te verkrijgen. Is toptent. 5 min lopen. Verder super leuke tijd gehad in Lissabon.

We appreciated the flexible check-in; our room was ready quickly despite an early arrival. The hotel's brutalist design is nicely complemented by warm, familiar furniture. Our room, next to the club, required earplugs for sleep. While the common areas are attractive, drink and breakfast prices are high, with better value found nearby.

I stayed there 4 nights with my family, my 2 kids loved the bunk beds, and the morning breakfast buffet! Super friendly staff and on top of this the rooftop pool, which my older one enjoyed very much! Would highly recommend this one to Families visiting Lisbon.

A local friend arranged a night for us, but the incompetent staff made it so arduous to check-in, insisting that my friend needed to fill out an additional PDF form and passport scan, despite the booking already being pre-paid and nonrefundable. My friend was cautious about sharing her credit card details on an unsecured PDF, and they refused to confirm this with her over the phone, despite having all her contact details. They insisted it was my responsibility to arrange this with her, otherwise they would keep the payment and not let us check-in. I gave them my credit card that they did not want to accept, giving no reason. We wasted 3 hours dealing with three clueless staff and, in the end, their manager came and was equally as lost. My friend lost her booking and we ended up finding an alternative. Stay at your peril.

Caution: They lied in their response. All my friend's details was on their system, but they refused to contact her. She was not impressed that they demanded her share to her card details on a unsecured PDF form that could easily be seen/scammed. They didn't permit her to allow her to simply confirm all these sensitive personal and credit card details over-the-phone, and continued to refused to contact her. This booking was paid in-advance, as a non-refundable booking, so all of this process makes no sense. I travel for work all the time, with someone else making the booking on my behalf, and this is the first I've experienced this lack of proper training. We found another better/cheaper hotel and I tested the same thing (with my girlfriend booking and me checking in) and it was seamless. Please train your staff property.

Nice rooms, good service, price is ok, but they need to put slippers and a minibar in the rooms!!

Então, parece que transformaram uma fábrica antiga em um hotel, até aí tudo bem, mas sinto que falta algo, quarto pra dois sem uma cadeira ou poltrona, sem tv, a decoração um pouco confusa, enfim...mas os recepcionista for simpáticos
