Very nice hotel. Doorman greeted us outside when we arrived and brought our luggage to the room. Also, he brought it downstairs to the waiting cab when we left.

Hotel próximo da avenida e de muitos locais de referência a visitar, museus, jardins,... Colaboradores muito simpáticos e sempre disponíveis para nos proporcionar uma excelente estadia. Vale a pena jantar no bistrô. O Spa renovado, tranquilo e com um ótimo jacuzzi para relaxar após os dias de kms de caminhada pela cidade.

What a wonderful stay at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon!!!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, this hotel did not disappoint. The service was the best I'd received in a 5* hotel. The staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful. We would like to thank Patricia in particular for her warm welcome and assistance during our stay.

We would also like to thank Ana Lobo who was part of the housekeeping team who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed when one member of our group fell sick. She checked on us every day and made us feel very much at home which is not often an experience you get when staying at a hotel.

We had mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday during our stay and the team prepared a wonderful surprise for the Birthday girl upon our arrival and made sure it was one to remember!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est bien situé et offre une belle qualité de service. Le personnel est très agréable.

A hotel which makes you feel gOod with its luxury design, perfume smell and good decOration. It's 10 minutes walk from the city center and where all the activities begin, and less far from Liberty Avenue. The staff are super kind and pay attention to their clients. It has a classic design and ages 50 years so you feel like living in that time. Our first room was in 10th floor with a great view of arOund. It had some necessary staff for our stay such as tooth cream and hair dryer which is a relief for me to see. The wifi connection is poor and you might have difficulty connecting it, and I hope they upgrade it to a better quality. As they wanna keep the classic design , hearing noises in hallway may be surprising for you. At our arrival we had some issues and Claudie managed to solve it very well which is heartwarming. Another thing is the rooms lack electricity sockets and can be improved in future. As we work even while our holidays , it was a little bit complicated to be far away from the sockets on the other corner, but Bruno Tomas solved this issue as well and made sure that everything was okay during our stay. Having a pool, sauna and a gym in your hotel is just amazing and you can relax after a long day of wandering in Lisbon. The cleaning staff, cleans the room even if you dont put the " clean my room " note, which is really nice; to come back and see everything is done. I shall not forget other facilities un hotel such as Rendez_vous Bistro which made us and our stomach happy. It was not less than a holiday itself to stay in this hotel. The Altis Grand Hotel is a chic, trendy hotel in good proximity to many of the sights of Lisbon. I found the service to be extremely good, but the rooms themselves could use a bit more care.
In my room, I did not have a laundry paper, or bag. When I asked, the staff directed me to search through my dresser drawers, rather than to give me a new one. After another search, the paper & bag was not in the room, as I had suspected.
Other than this, some colleagues had different complaints that were worse, but I will not post on their behalf.
Aside from these issues, I found the food and bars in the restaurant to be top notch. And as I mentioned, service was excellent.
A review of Lisbon is out of scope for this review, but I want to add that some working knowledge of the good places to go vs. the bad is quite necessary, as there are some illegal activities going on openly in town.

Excellent hotel which is centrally located for easy access to all tourist attractions and metro. The staff are so friendly and courteous - nothing is too much trouble for them to make your stay perfect. Immaculate accommodation, great breakfast, superb Bistro and fine dining restaurants. Great spa also. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location in the city centre with excellent service . Metro station is just at 5 minutes walk. Famous square of Lisbon is about 10-15 away through metro travel .

We recently had a meeting, followed by a dinner at Altis Grand Hotel. Susana was most helpful with the arrangements, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Très joli restaurant, vue magnifique même le soir. Service d'une qualité supérieure. Le maitre de salle était d'une gentillesse. Nous avons pris de steak de bœuf, excellent, le gratin dauphinois était juste succulent. Merci la fourchette pour la découverte.

L' hôtel Altis est un hôtel moderne et est situé sur une belle avenue de Lisbonne. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. La piscine est belle ainsi que le SPA. Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié.
