The resort is amazing! I stayed in a second floor suite with a beautiful view of the new marina and I loved it! The attention to detail is incredible - from the relaxing outdoor space by the pool to the hand drawn pattern on the comforter - you won't find a more inviting and welcoming place to stay. But it's the staff that really makes the Conch Inn & Marina 6/5 stars! Everyone I met is super friendly, down to earth, fun, and genuinely kind. Seeing the Albury family laughing, joking, and trading stories with all the resort and marina guests, just because they like to, is an absolute joy! You can tell that the family poured their heart and soul into rebuilding a place where everyone can feel at home. Thank you all for making me feel so welcomed! I'll see you soon!

Front desk staff was friendly. The 2 bedroom was clean and comfortable. Restaurant and marina on site was perfect for our stay.

What a gem of a place to stay. Honestly the photos on line don't do this place justice. First, easy to get to from the airport. Taxi's waiting and know exactly where The Conch Inn Hotel and Marina is located. Second, check in was such a breeze. Friendly staff that went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel welcomed. Third, the room we had was on the third floor, two bedroom with kitchen. OMG so spacious and so brand new. This was just out of this world. Rooms large, kitchen area big and the living room with pull out couch for another bed. The balcony is a shared balcony with the room next door. Awesome view. And each room has a TV with local channels and Netflix. Bathrooms were so spacious and clean. Regarding the kitchen, they do need oven pans if you want to cook in the oven and some oven mitts. There were a few pans to cook on the stove top. Limited plates, so if you there more than 4, suggest purchasing paper plates or bringing paper plates with you. Also, no kitchen prep items (mixing bowls and such) if you plan to cook large meals. There is a restaurant on the property (Snappas Bar) and they have a lot of menu items. Additionally there are other restaurants in the area and taxi service is available for those restaurants not in walking distance. Highly recommend The Conch Inn Hotel and Marina. Such a wonderful and relaxing place to stay.

This is a relaxed location with great ambience. Easy to get to from the US and restaurant has very good food. Rooms are clean with great view over the marina.

Well hello....Conch Inn. I surely wish my time spent there was on my own time. Unfortunately it was business. But O'Neil, Christine and Rosemary was fabulous!! Warm personalities, efficient, right there when I needed them. They truly "bent over backwards" and gave me a week of a 'WOW' experience. They truly love to make their guests happy and love what they do. Besides the personalities, the rooms and marina ocean view was literally a breath of fresh air & fabulous. I hope there will be a gym & spa next time. By the way, great job transitioning after that humbling storm. God is exceedingly and abundantly able to do far more than we could ever ask or imagine. (Ephesians 3:20)

My coworkers and I stayed here for a week and it was nothing short of amazing.
The resort looks exactly like the pictures,which is a plus. We had the two bedroom,two bathroom luxury suite which was very spacious and clean!
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but there’s one particular gentleman who stood out to us,Oneil .
Oneil has such a big warming smile and welcoming personality. Anything we needed to know,we would ask him and he was always willing to help.
Overall our stay was great and this hotel was 10/10 for us.
Be sure to ask for Oneil!

Hotel was lovely. Clean, efficient, wonderful views and the L'occitane amenities were a wonderful touch.
What made my experience was the staff. Five stars all around. My only regret was not getting everyone’s names.

Oniel Stuart, who seems to be the go to guy for the property, helped us with everything from luggage, 'room service', to recommendations for places to eat. He was very helpful, but not in an overbearing or intrusive type of way. The true definition of hospitality! He clearly takes care of the guest above all else.

Our room attendants, Christine and Rosemary, were friendly and warm and ensured that we always had everything we needed in our rooms.
Valentines Day fell during our visit and it was quite nice returning to our rooms to find that our beds had a special Valentines treat.

I only wish they had mentioned on the website or otherwise that the hotel does not have an elevator and to get to our rooms we had to climb 3 flights of stairs.

We brought out 36 foot monohull to the marina for 2+ weeks, and had the most wonderful experience at the Conch Inn and Marina. The people who work here, on the docks, in the office, at the adjacent restaurant (Snappas) are all consummate professionals: welcoming, warm, positive, competent, available, and focused on the safety and experience of their guests in all ways. The docks themselves are new and roomy; the facilities clean and well maintained. We learned quickly why so many boaters spend much of the winter here, how this becomes a community and can become a home away from home. Conch Inn was great value for the cost, with everything a boater would want or need. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely time in your beautiful marina. The crew of "Rhapsody".

LOVE this place! We joined 3 families on a sailing charter based out of the marina and made Conch Inn our home for the first night before we could check-in on the boat. Despite only being there for one night, the entire place made us feel like life-long friends. The grounds of the hotel are well landscaped and our kids loved their time at the pool and playing cornhole in the grass beside Snappas. We can't wait to come back!

Great stay at the Conch Inn & Marina. Friendly staff and upgraded room was very appreciated. Property and marina is newly rebuilt since the hurricane. Quick 10 mins from Marsh Harbour airport and local amenities.

We stayed one night on the marina while meeting family before sailing to tour Abacos. Facilities have been completely rebuilt and look fantastic. Extremely clean and well kept. Eric the dockmaster is “The Master” and extremely helpful.
I would highly recommend this marina.

The Conch Inn is a very nice hotel. Right from the start the staff members were super friendly and welcoming, and helpful with anything we needed through out the stay. We had a bay view room which also had a nice balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view. Rooms are great size, comfy beds, really nice bathroom amenities provided, and very clean. The location is great and within easy walk of the local gym, bakery, and liquor store. There’s also a restaurant onsite which is really nice. Absolutely a great place to stay. They also own the marina, and I don’t know a dang thing about boating but it looked like a nice place to dock.

Our family needed a spot to land when our boat was unexpectedly held up at the boat yard in Marsh Harbour. The hospitality we were shown at Conch Inn was incredible. The room was beautiful and modern with all of the little details thought through. I could go on and on about the shower! Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a vacation.

Snappas, the restaurant on property, was laid back and had all the ball games playing for my husband, and the best Ahi Tuna sandwich ever. Pizza night is Thursday, and it's also delicious!
