Très bel endroit. Le site est bien aménagé. J'y suis allée hors saison, mais l'endroit doit être magnifique en saison estivale. Endroit parfait pour célébrer un mariage ???? La nourriture est excellente, personnelle et les chambres sont grandes. Ils ont des bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique.

Beautiful auberge up on the mountain. Beautiful gardens and wildlife. Food and service never disappoints.

Lovely Stay, I did notice the Room was dark especially on the wall holding the TV. A neat trick I use at Home in my office is to have an LED light with a warm setting behind the monitor (or TV) that gives an elegant look and lightens those areas in a cozy way. Also, the wine glasses were two completely different glasses (not that big of a deal) Konek TV reminded me of a streaming service as it sometimes failed (thinking circle). The location is beautiful and my Wife and I were relaxed when we left, so mission accomplished.

I loved the hotel and the stay in general but I was very very disappointed by the booking experience. I feel like I was ripped off. I called the hotel to ask if the sugar shack package was included in the Expedia booking and was assured it was by the man I spoke to. I check both the hotel website and the Expedia booking and the prices were similar but I had Expedia credits to use so wanted to book through Expedia. I was worried the package was not included on Expedia because there was no mention of it on the Expedia listing which is why I called the hotel directly. I asked several times just to be clear and was reassured multiple times by the hotel staff that it was part of the booking during the maple season, so I booked. The next day I got a message on Expedia telling me the package was not part of the booking but at that point the money was lost. My only options given were cancel and lose half the money or book directly with the hotel adding the extra sugar shack package for even more money (apparently also not included in the price on their site, all very misleading), and then once booked they would waive the Expedia cancellation fee.
I feel like someone that didn't know the hotel fees, packages, and policies gave me false information before I booked and instead if the hotel taking responsibility for their staff, I got screwed over. It was very unfair to me. A very very expensive mistake, but the hotel was nice. Just left me a bitter feeling having to be there and not getting the package I was promised and no way to cancel without it costing me more money.

We spent a wonderful relaxing 2 nights away in mid March in this beautiful oasis nestled among the Maple trees. It was an amazing experience to be in the outdoor hot tubs as the snowflakes softly fell. I highly recommend having a massage at the Spa on site. Many thanks to my massage therapist Martin. The dining staff were extremely attentive and the food was divine for breakfast and supper. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and the room we had on the 2nd level was very comfortable, quiet, and had a lovely view of the grounds, deer feeders and forest. Wonderful walking trails through the woods. It was fascinating to watch the sap bubbling through the lines connecting the Maple trees. We always purchase one of their mouth-watering delectable tarte au sucre ,to take home, when we are checking out. This is our 3rd visit to Auberge des Gallant and we will be back again.

Dans le cadre du colloque je m'engage et j'engage de l'organisme vivre & grandir autrement; J'ai bien aimé mon expérience à l'auberge ! Merci pour le délicieux filet mignon et le vin à 170$, Mélanie !

Plusieurs déceptions .. le prix de la nourriture est exorbitant je vous cite un exemple un tout petit gâteau au chocolat sans accompagnement de sauce ou de crème glacée revient avec taxes et pourboire à 20$. Et deux repas de cabane à sucre avec pourboire reviennent à 115 $ et c'est une assiette qu'on te sert ce ne sont pas des plats ou tu peux te servir à ta guise...

The hotel, is very confortable, the room was very welcoming and clean. The weather wasn't the best, some rain, but we still managed to walk a little bit on the Elf's Trail and around the lake. It might be great to visit when it's not raining. The restaurant is very good, from the service, to the meals.

Deuxième séjour et pas le dernier! J'y suis allé pour me reposer et j'ai avisé que je désirais une chambre calme, sans voisin bruyant; ce que j'ai eu sans problème. Accueil impeccable avec un beau cadeau qui était inclus dans mon forfait (la bière de microbrasserie était excellente!). Le service au resto est parfait et William particulièrement au souper est très gentil et professionnel. Il est certain que l'hôtel n'était pas très achalandélors de mon sejour, j'ai eu les.bains chauds pour moi seule, quel bonheur! Bref, un des meilleurs endroits où je suis allé au Québec pour décrocher et relaxer .

Brunch exelent service au table exelent seul bémol nous avons attendu plus d'une heure pour recevoir notre facture.

It is a great hotel. Staff is very friendly. The price and location are fantastic. The breakfast was great at a very reasonable price.
Some minor suggestions.
The game room downstairs needs some renovating. No ping pong table a little dirty and musty.
The pillow case was stained. This happened last time we were there.
The winter time and they did not have kindling to start a fire outside.
Besides that we were with friends and we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, surtout d'avoir pu apporter notre chien. Il a été bien accueilli avec des bols, une couverture et deux biscuits. Nous n'avons seulement pas vu de poubelle dehors devant l'auberge. Cependant, le reste est parfait. Très bonne bouffe au restaurant. Les sentiers sont faciles aussi et nous avons trouvé mignons les nains dispersés au travers des sentiers.

Difficulté à prendre rv pour des soins, peu était disponible. Repas végétarien sur demande mais très simple et peu goûteux. Mais un moment quand très agréable vécu avec ma fille ????

Nous avons reçu nos employés pour le party de Noël. L'arrangement et l'ambiance étaient parfaits. Le repas était délicieux.

Service impeccable, de l’enregistrement jusqu’au départ.
Nous avions choisis l’accord vins et gastronomie: les choix proposés se mariaient avec subtilité.
Nous sommes enthousiastes de cette expérience.

Vanessa and her sister was amazing they were our server's at the party the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful the room was very clean and tidy the food was very delicious the environment was peaceful and relaxing the property was tidy and organized over all a wonderful experience I hope to go there again in the summer

Been to the Auberge Des Gallant many times and have always had a good and relaxing time! Good good food and great breakfast are offered! In the spring, summer and fall it's a beautiful place to go for walks! I'm sure in the winter must be nice too but I'm not a winter person...

Soirée de la St-Sylvestre super agréable. Un souper gastronomique digne de ce nom avec une musique d’ambiance très bien. La suite avec une soirée dansante avec orchestre dans la grande salle. Décompte avec mousseux, les gens semblaient bien appréciés et nous aussi. Brunch de grande qualité au matin du 1er. Nous allons récidiver.

Brunch familial, nourriture excellente et variée.

Great getaway for my wife and I. Service is great, as is the dining experience. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I do recommend highly. We have stayed at Auberge des Gallants at least ten times.
