Personnel très gentil et serviable, répond à nos attentes . Nous avons passés deux semaines au top dans cet hôtel . Le seul point négatif est que le mobilier est vieux ça manque de rafraîchissement mais mis à par ça tout c’est très bien passé .

Bon Rapport qualité prix. Emplacement top! Personnel top! Hôtel autonomes donc pas d perte de temps avec l arrivée et le départ. Chambre spacieuse. Salle de bain un peu vetuste

Bonjour,
J'ai adoré l'endroit. Il est bien situé, on peut faire plein de choses à pied, avec stationnement, frigo dans la chambre, puis micro-ondes, four gril, bouilloire, etc., au sous-sol et le système d'entrée par codes est super efficace. Il y aurait avantage à porter attention à de petits détails comme des toiles d'araignée au plafond, des lampes qui n'éclairent pas bien ou qui ne fonctionnent pas du tout, des sièges inconfortables et déchirés en dessous. Il y a des clients qui sont arrivés à 23 h et qui ont fait un bruit imposant pendant 30 minutes, mais heureusement, ça s'est calmé... L'endroit est propre et les hôtes sont super, ils on pris soin de mes besoins spécifiques, pour un lit plus mou, et j'en suis reconnaissante. J'y retournerais!

We stayed in the loft! This is a basement-unit apartment. It has two bedrooms with an en-suite in each room, including sink, flush, and shower - very nicely done and updated. The beds are comfortable, each room has its own heat/cooling system. In the common area of the apartment, there is a large bar counter with stools, a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, sink, cutlery, and basic supplies. Each bedroom has a Nespresso as well. Just outside the door, there is an additional kitchen for all other guests to use. It has similar supplies, only more of them. !
This unit also has an outside exit to the emergency staircase. I read one review that mentioned the ceilings were only 6' tall, but that is untrue. There is one beam across the common room that is 6' but all other ceilings in the apartment are approximately 6'5". The sound between rooms is very quiet, the only sound is from the people upstairs walking around (normal). One suggestion, bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, etc. The location is perfect - the Plains of Abraham is just steps away, and downtown is an easy 10-15 min walk. Many side streets have cafes, restaurants, and Metro (grocery, wine, beer). You can walk to the outdoor skating rink (skate rentals), cross-country ski trails, and walking trails.

Great place in a prime location. Very close to the old city.
Good weekend parking on the other side.

The house is very well renovated, while keeping parts of the old.

We totally loved it here and we will come back

I loved my stay here. You should know there's no staff on site, it's a self check-in. The rooms are great and clean. Should you need specific info, you can reach your host and they're very responsive. It's right next to Abraham's plains and 15min walking from old Quebec city through the park. It's quiet and easy to find. Loved my stay.

Great location.
Good value.
There is a communal kitchen with toaster/fridge/microwave/kettle/basic pots 'n pans/utensils/toaster oven.
Make sure you arrive before 8:00 PM so you can have access to someone to help you with the blasted code to open the front door + door to your room in case the code provided in advance doesn't work (our experience).

Pas de contact avec le personnel mais point négatif lié à l'équipe d'entretien. Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié l'irruption de l'équipe d'entretien dans notre chambre à 9h30 du matin

Location was great because it’s near good food places. It’s also near to both old and new quebec. Very versatile with wherever we want to go. Service was friendly and they gave us enough quiet time and privacy. We enjoyed the stay. Room was clean and warm enough. Pillows are just a little less fluffy.

Terrible hôtel. Premièrement on n'est pas était capable rentrer dans hôtel avec code que ils ont donné. Notre stationnement réservé et payé était pris par autre personne. En plaine nuit on a dû chercher stationnement sur la rue.

Nous venons d’arriver, la place de parking que nous avons réservé et payé au prix fort est occupée donc par quelqu’un qui ne l’a pas payée où elle a été louée 2fois, on ne nous avait pas donné de numéro de chambre il a donc fallu téléphoner 2fois, il y a une machine à café mais seulement 4 doses pour 2 et nous restons 3 nuits, pas de thé non plus. Il y a 3 semaines que nous sommes au Québec et c’est la première fois que ça se passe comme ça.

올드 퀘벡에서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리의 숙소. 호텔보다는 B&B에 가까운 곳입니다. 예약할 때는 일반 호텔이었는데 예약 후 셀프 체크인 호텔이 되었다는 연락을 받았습니다. 호텔에 직원이 없어서 짐을 안전하게 맡길 수 없습니다. 짐을 들고 다닐 수는 없어서 호텔에 전화 후 잃어버리면 우리 책임이라는 설명을 듣고 지하에 있는 식당에 캐리어를 놓고 갔어요. 호텔 입구로 가려면 계단을 올라야 하고, 호텔 내부에도 엘리베이터가 없어서 지하 식당이나 객실(3층까지 있음)로 20kg 캐리어 2개를 옮기느라 정말 힘들었습니다.

객실은 작아서 캐리어를 펼치기 힘들었고 오래되었습니다. 2박을 했는데 문에 다는 Do not disturb 같은 것이 없어서 다 청소를 해 주는 줄 알았어요. 하지만 청소가 안 되어있었고 수건도 갈아주지 않아서 가지고 있는 수건을 써야 했습니다. 욕실 전등 하나가 나가있었고 지하 식당도 전등이 나가있어서 어두웠습니다. 밤에는 호텔 근처 축제장에서 나는 소리인지 두둥하고 북소리가 계속 나서 좀 시끄러웠어요.

호텔의 장점은 올드 퀘벡과 가깝고 와이파이가 빠르다는 점, 에어컨이 잘 작동하고 시끄럽지 않다는 점이에요. 짐이 많지 않은 여행자에게 추천합니다!
