I want to express my deep gratitude to the hotel for their excellent service as well as for accommodating a dispute I had with an online reservations service provider who had refused to reimburse me after realizing 5 minutes later I noticed data entry error on dates of reservation.

I called the hotel to inform them of the error and they graciously called me back to let me know they would reconcile my dispute on the dates and provide me a room at no extra charge. I did not lose my money and they were extremely gracious and welcoming. They receive you in both official languages and all communications are handled with such grace.

I was shocked when the incident occurred and the hotel really made my day a lot better. I will always be grateful for their understanding and for their excellent hosting ability.

STAY NOWHERE ELSE in Quebec City. Stylish, comfortable, friendly, and in the best location for seeing Old Quebec. Steps away from everything you will want to see. First class service, appear at the front door and they will whisk your luggage up to your room and put your car safely away for you. One block away to the best restaurants in town. Stay here and feel like a King or Queen, or both.

Clean well taken care hotel in a prime location.

The only downside is the noise. You can hear people in the hallway and the rooms above you when they are taking a shower. Also the "views" in the inner court yard are non-existent, ask for an exterior facing room.

This is my second time here and this time some service was horrible ', I was embarrassed by the from desk in from of another member of the staff and passing customers and my wife, I had to call the manager, she solve my problem but not before the embarrassing moment , and I wasn't even giving a apology, and still had to pay the full price , I was there for my 11 year anniversary last year and this was my 12 and it wasn't pleasant.

I was expecting much more professional service. I booked 3 rooms for my family and the visitors from Europe. I was promoting how beautiful city Quebec was and I asked for room with a view at least for one of them. But I was told they didn`t have any available, even though I had booked 7 days before.

Loved the "Grand Hotel" flair of the place. Rooms were sparkling clean, well designed, up to date and extremely comfortable.
The location in the middle of old town Québec is perfect to explore the city on foot and there are plenty of great options for dinner all around. The in-house bistro is a great option for breakfast.
Easily the best hotel I've stayed in Canada in so far.

Beautiful location in the center of town. The staff was excellent, especially when our flight was super delayed. They are super welcoming and the space was very comfortable with great amenities. It was a lovely stay.

The hotel’s location is perfect. You can walk everywhere from there. It is walking distance from a lot of shots and restaurants.
The rooms are all updated and very nice. The beds are very comfortable too.

Very happy with the Clarendon Hotel and its restaurant. The service was excellent.

Before, I stayed near the Grand Allée, but when it is cold, it is much better to stay in Old Québec. I look forward to staying there again, and I plan to recommend the Clarendon Hotel to my friends.

Nous avons adoré la proximité du Vieux-Québec, la propreté des lieux, les gens au service (valet, réception) étaient très accueillant. La chambre était très belle avec une vue sur Québec incroyable (6ième étage). Le confort de la chambre, des lits, la qualité de la salle de bain woww. Finalement nous avons pris le petit déjeuner au restaurant Les Mordus et encore la la qualité du service et de la nourriture était parfait ! Bravo à toute l'équipe du Clarendon. A la prochaine !

Service impeccable. Restaurant Les Mordus dans l'hôtel vraiment bien.
Plusieurs séjours au Clarendon, pour affaire ou personnel toujours bien reçu, Emplacement super dans le Vieux Québec, à proximité de tout, restaurants, Château Frontenac etc... Un stationnement à l'hôtel de ville qui vous amène directement à l'hôtel via le sous-sol et ce, à un prix très raisonnable

I stayed in the Clarendon for 10 nights. Its location is fantastic for exploring Vieux Quebec on foot! The accommodation (bedroom & bathroom) was really comfortable, warm, quiet and very user-friendly. All hotel staff (reception & valet) provided cordial, quality service, and the housekeepers ensured my room was immaculately kept. I appreciated the guest-focused flexible housekeeping schedule and environmentally friendly approach to changing linens & towels. I can, unreservedly, recommend this hotel with 100% satisfaction!

Chambre correcte, propre mais un peu petite.
Décoration de l'hôtel tantôt cossue tantôt désuète.
Personnel très disponible et souriant.
Possibilité de garer la voiture dans un parking tout proche (17 dollars pour 36 heures)
