Der Service ist immer super unfreundlich! In Hamburg kaum so erlebt die leben alleine von der Location! Ich habe das nicht alleine so erlebt viele bekannte auch

Man fühlt sich wie in Paris. Wir hatten ein tolles Frühstück und haben die Karte durchprobiert . Durch die Bank weg lecker in tolle Qualität. ????

Wir hatten für 17.30 einen Tisch reserviert. Wir sollten uns dann irgendwo hinsetzen. Wir bekamen schließlich einen etwas netteren Tisch, mit der Maßgabe, wir müssten dann aber um 19.00 gehen. Wir bekamen eine kleine Karte mit wenig Auswahl vorgesetzt, die Fischsuppe enthielt kaum Fisch, war dafür aber teuer. Plat du Jour war ein mittelmäßiges Pasta Gericht, ebenfalls für die Qualität zu teuer. Das Ambiente war ok, aber ansonsten kann ich das Restaurant nicht empfehlen.

SEHR GUT!!!...ca.4,50 Euro

Essen leider sehr schlecht. Wir waren zum Business Lunch dort und ich habe den Croque Monsieur bestellt.
Leider sehr enttäuschend: es waren zwei Scheiben Toast mit kalter(!) Creme Fraiche und kaltem Schinken dazwischen und ein bisschen geschmolzenem Käse obendrauf, der aber auch schon hart und kalt war als er am Tisch ankam . Das hat leider nichts mit dem französischen Klassiker zu tun!

Einfache top! Allein schon nur fürs Ambiente ein Besuch wert. Bin jedes Mal, wenn ich in Hamburg bin, mindestens einmal dort. Preise haben allerdings gut angezogen! ????

Immer wieder etwas französische Lebensart in Hamburg! Parkplatz gegenüber, ein reservierter Tisch, aufmerksame Bedienung(en), gutes Essen was will man mehr am späten Sonntagnachmittag!

Bei schönem Wetter vor dem Lokal gesessen, Blick auf das Rathaus. Köstliche Croissants, guter Kaffee, frische Austern.

Etwas unorganisiert und preislich nicht günstig. Essen ist lecker.

Einfach ein schlimmer Laden essen schlecht Personal unfreundlich am liebsten 0 Sterne nicht empfehlenswert

Eine der schönsten Locations in HH weshalb es auch schwer ist dort einen Tisch zu bekommen. Gerade am Wochenende immer ausgebucht da bis 16 Uhr Frühstück angeboten wird.

Die Servicekräfte sind super freundlich!

Sehr gutes Frühstück und Kaffee in charmanten Ambiente. Der Servive war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Racist staff. Me and my girlfriend were visiting Hamburg from the UK for a couple of days and I had to take some medication early morning after my breakfast. We found this place online and went only because of the good reviews.

My girlfriend (Italian citizen) entered first and the waiter was smiling and greeting her politely. As I entered the cafe after her and as soon as the waiter saw me (Indian citizen), he just stopped smiling, started making faces and gave us the worst seats in the cafe. He was a tall middle-aged man with greyish hair.

At this point, I didn't even realise what was happening. Later, another server came to our table and asked if we are ready to order. He had black hair with a top knot.

My girlfriend took the initiative to order. She said "Two cappuccinos...". The server interrupted her saying "Another else?" She replied "Two crossaints...". He interrupted her again with a gesture with his hands "Anything else?".

At this point, we knew we weren't welcome there. And despite of the fact that we wanted to order much more, we just said "That's it".

Later this server went to the other person who gave us the seat in the beginning and started complaining in German. For some reason, they assumed that we didn't know the language, but we did heard everything.

They weren't happy that we were taking space in their cafe and had no money to order a big breakfast. And because of us, they had to turn people away.

As mentioned earlier, we wanted to try and eat much more than just two cappuccinos and crossaints, but we didn't wanted to put put money in such disgusting people's pockets.

We just got our items that we ordered and left within 10 minutes after I took my medicines. Felt so uncomfortable and suffocating because of the behaviour of the people in the cafe. Can't even rate the food as our mood was ruined due to this experience. And I don't even know if they spat in my coffees in the kitchen before serving it to us or not.

I hope the people who served us read this review. And I want them to know that I hope, one day you'll get treated the same way you treated us and someone puts you in your place.

Regardless, remember that your job is customer service, and if you can't even do this properly, you won't do anything better than being servants to people like us ????????

Ein großartiges Café in der Hamburger Innenstadt mit französischem Bistroflair von seiner feinsten Art.
Wir waren hier zum Mittagessen und haben hier bestes Tartar erhalten. Es war köstlich und sehr zu empfehlen.
Eigentlich ist es fast immer voll, da hier Hamburger und Hamburg-Besucher gleichermaßen gern einkehren.

Completely packed and no reservations.. super pro staff made it work nonetheless.
Great French inspired food and a nice glass of champagne.
The place has a funny old school atmosphere and is packed with all sorts of different people.

I made reservation 1 week ago and they said I need to wait for a long queue. They were so rude! I said mentality of reservation means I don’t need to wait, but he said if I don’t like this system, i can leave. I was loving this place before, not recommend!!!!!

Einfach das beste französische Frühstück der Stadt???????????????? war so, ist so, und bleibt hoffentlich auch so! ❣️

absolut unfreundliches Personal! Überfordert und unaufmerksam. Hatten deshalb leider nicht die Möglichkeit dort zu essen, da wir nicht bedient wurden und dazu noch angemeckert wurden. Hatten uns eigentlich darauf gefreut:( nicht weiterzuempfehlen….

Schönes und einmaliges Erlebnis.
Gutes Angebot von Speisen und Getränke.
Service sehr aufmerksam

Schöne Lokalität. Höflicher Service. Gute Getränke und französische Küche.

Це ідеально, ноу коментс!) тут неймовірна французька кухня і таке відчуття, ніби в Парижі ????все надзвичайно смачно: тартар, суп Буябез, устриці ????- смачніше не буває ! А також десерт крем брюле і ще багато іншого ????????????
Тут завжди в любий час досить людно, на вечерю обовʼязково потрібно робити бронь

Schönes Erlebnis, fand das Essen gut würde das nächste Mal aber was anderes probieren.
