Wichtig, ich habe in diesem Hotel nicht übernachtet, sondern nur an einer festlichen Veranstaltung teilgenommen (Daher kann ich die Zimmer nicht beurteilen). Die Lage direkt an der Hamburger Binnenalster ist sehr schön. Man ist wirklich mitten in der lebendigen Hamburger Innenstadt. Die Räumlichkeiten verbreiten eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders nett war es für mich dort einmal am Nachmittag einen Tee und ein Stück Kuchen zu geniessen. Beides hat aus meiner Sicht eine hohe Qualität (aber eben auch sehr hohe Preise). Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich.
