This hotel has excellent customer service. I've stayed in many 5 star hotels in Asia but the service at Aloft Seminyak is one of the best I've experienced. Supi at front desk and Yuli (at breakfast restaurant on rooftop) both took very good care of me. The hotel is 4 levels so not too big and crowded which I really like. 3 mins walk to beach. Mini mart located across the street. Everything is close by. Insider tip: Thursday evening Food is 50% off at rooftop restaurant

Very clean and nice staff.

Great location walking distance to the beach. Helpful and Friendly staff. I will recommend to friends and family for sure.

Lokasi 5 minutes walk to Batu Belig beach.
Breakfastnya ada buffet dan bisa juga order dari menu. Variasi menu cukup banyak, terutama menu yang pakai eggs.
Tadinya saya mau kasih bintang 5, tapi saya kasi bintang 2 karena saya merasa ada diskriminasi service dari staff yang ada di area kitchen dekat omelet area.
Pada saat ada tamu asing, mereka menyapa good morning dengan ramah ke tamu tsb. Tapi ke saya sama sekali tidak ada sapaan. Dua hari saya breakfast, hari 1 dan 2 staff kitchen tsb tidak ada yang menyapa. Mereka hanya mau menyapa tamu asing. Ngakak aja deh gue, kerja di dunia service tapi songong.

To be honest I’m dismayed at having to give such a bad review of the room, but I’ve just been kept awake the entire night because of footsteps above me , apparently because there’s a kitchen right above my room??? At all costs when you check in reject a back facing room on the 3rd floor .. that is room 330,331,332 etc. if this area is not suitable for guest rooms, they should do the decent thing and not have rooms here ! Also, there are only 2 lifts in this hotel and one is out of order, so most ppl just take the stairs. That’s crazy. Only 2 lifts and they couldn’t keep both working?
I second all the good stuff about the pool area and the rooftop restaurant… such a pity about the room I got assigned and I feel for my neighbors too.

Have to really commend the staff for being so warm, friendly and hospitable. Not only their front desk staff but housekeeping and even the security up front. They accommodate to requests and communicate well among each other so the service is really personable as well as being very responsive with emails and even Instagram DMs.

Very happy with my stay here (and still have a night to go!) but they deserve every bit of credit for making the stay in Bali a memorable one! :) 10/10 would recommend (plus points for a very very prime location!)

An outstanding hotel in Bali with a fantastic restaurant and swimming pool, combined with a highly dedicated staff and very clean „Lofts“.

Such a great hotel with some of the best staff I've encountered. A great crew of people who are genuinely interested in making sure you're enjoying your stay and are looked after.

Everything but the view is perfect.

Good spot at a reasonable price, staff very good and service is also very good. Rooms in level 3 rear not so flash noise wise but due to kitchen above. Food at restaurant very good but slightly more expensive as you would expect for a hotel, as us the beers. Pool furniture could do with updating?? 2k's from Kuta and Cagnuu. Plenty within walking distance.

The hotel is ok. Nothing really special or interesting. Rooms/restaurant looked pretty “tired” already, no indoor area for breakfast. One lift was always out of order, same as the coffee machine at the lobby.
Breakfast was veryy average, the staff would constantly mix up orders, bringing wrong orders, or wrongly cooked. In room dining- bad…
The chef needs retraining as well as the staff members (they were nice though).
Rooms- ok, old towels, no hair conditioner (they said it’s 2in 1, but it is not actually).
some rooms might have toilet smell, most of the rooms without a balcony.

Phenomenal hotel and excellent value for money (around 800k IDR pn). I had a beautiful modern room overlooking some of the ocean.

Yes it can be a little noisy, but that adds to its charm.

The staff are all incredible and the breakfast is amazing. The service was better than many 7* resorts I’ve stayed in.

Сам по себе отель хороший. Концепция всей сети Aloft, как вариант сети «W” но для бедных, выдержан в соответствии со стандартами. Маленький Инфинити басик на крыше с приятной музычкой, рассчитан на 10-15 человек. Очень Мало тени, что плохо. Есть и втрой бассейн во внутреннем дворе, куда есть доступ только тем, кто живет в комнатах с выходом к этому бассейну на 1 этаже. Так же на крыше расположен единственный ресторан, на завтраке бывает многолюдно и приходится ждать место (если в отеле случится фул букинг). Завтрак норм, официанты не слишком расторопны и иногда выдают не верную информацию. Ценны на еду и напитки норм, есть всякие спец предложения и длинный по времени хеппи аор. Маленький спорт зал расположен на крыше. Много настольных игр в лобби, огромный экран за барной стойкой для игр, настолки, бесплатный кофе, дешевые напитки и закуски у бара с самообслуживанием. Короче, молодежный чил и расслабон. Вот с этим и связан главный минус. Часто случаются разные тусе, которые устраивают неадекватные подростки-переростки на всю ночь, и спать просто не возможно. Из 5 ночей, мне удалось поспать только 2. Грохот дверьми, музыка, крики в коридорах и все это с 01 ночи до 05 утра. Слышимость такая, что беруши мало помогают. Персонал отеля бессилен и влиять на таких гостей не может. Если бы не эта постоянная невозможность спать ночью, тогда поставил бы пять звезд. А так…больше не остановлюсь. меня даже не смутили тараканы в комнате, которых сотрудники обещали потравить, они не шумят, в отличие от ночных визгливых тусовщиц. Короче, комфорт пребывания в этом отеле будет связан с тем, какие соседи у вас будут.
