Posizione centrale, ambiente vetusto, quattro stelle manco col binocolo.Accettabile solo per breve soggiorno quando il prezzo è scontato.

This "hotel" is not a hotel. It's closer to a bad Airbnb. The concierge hours are highly limited, which made our check in very stressful, and made us question the security of the hotel. The room itself was fine, though the AC didn't work well and we had to buy our own toilet paper. The location to the Grand canal is convenient, but we were woken multiple times in the night by garbage trucks right outside our window. Unless you're on a tight budget, I don't recommend American tourists stay here. I guess we got what we paid for.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokój duży, obszerny, dobrze wyposażony. Czysto, aczkolwiek łazience przydałby się remont. Była klimatyzacja, ale był problem z ciepłą wodą. Recepcji nie ma. Dostępny za 20 € parking niedaleko (podziemny). Ogólnie polecam.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Unser Appartement hatte Straßenlafe dadurch sehr laut. Alles italienisch ordentlich: Küche nicht so sauber.

Posizione vicino alla stazione, piuttosto centrale. Il prezzo ad agosto era abbastanza conveniente per la media di Trieste. Accesso facile x la consegna delle chiavi tramite cassetta di sicurezza. Fine dei lati positivi. Stanza vecchia, odore di "muffa", tende con vistosi buchi, macchie sul muro, un buco pure nell"asciugamano grande, aria condizionata che una volta accesa emetteva un odore non gradevole x cui subito spenta, così come dal frigorifero. Acqua calda affidata allo scaldabagno elettrico, per cui occhio ai tempi se siete una famiglia di 4 persone. Bagno decisamente vecchio, rubinetteria arruginita, buchi nelle piastrelle del pavimento, ceramica del lavandino spaccata e cerchio del water con vistosi buchi . Per essere un 4 stelle mi pare un po' poco... da scegliere solo se non avete un'alternativa.

Location is perfect, easy walking distance to both bus and train stations. Accommodation is good, no doubt about it but I felt it was rather sparsely furnished. Spot lights in toilet didn't work, TV had signal failure. These are perhaps not serious issues but I felt a slight lack if general maintenance. I WOULD still return. Date of arrival 28.07.23 for five nights.

Residence collocato in una buona posizione rispetto alla stazione, fermate, vari supermercati e piazze.
Buon servizio da parte dei gestori nel darti le indicazioni per raggiungere il luogo e l'accesso alla struttura sia tramite email che whatsapp.
Distributore al piano terra molto utile.
Camere okay, abbastanza pulite se non fosse per lo scarafaggio trovato vicino al letto.

1) I lost my luggage at Trieste airport. Asking for help to the staff at the front desk. Sadly. the staff has poor English, not help at all.

2) all the mugs and dishes in the room are dirty, no day detergent offered at all.

Cordiali i padroni di casa...camere pulite e servite di Wi-Fi .situato al centro ,vicino vari punti turistici da fotografare.lo consiglio.prezzi medio alti .mi son trovato molto bene

Posizione eccellente con parcheggio molto comodo. Gentili e cordiali i gestori , appartamento semplice ma completo. Magari aggiungere due guanciali in quanto quelli presenti sono bassi e visto che siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio con la reception chiusa non è stato possibile averne altri . Da migliorare, molto. la pulizia delle scale nell edificio.

Great hotel to be close to the train station, and still be able to walk to the downtown. Helping and kind manager. Big apartment for travelling as a family, and well isolated from Trieste street noise, although the bed couch and the bathroom were a bit old. Kitchen and main bed were good. Grazie!

Il residence è situato in ottima posizione. Ha la possibilità del parcheggio privato. Noi abbiamo optato per il parcheggio in piazza Oberdan (strisce blu) a due passi dal residence. Camera al 4° piano. Molto spaziosa. Penso che il limite più grosso sia la pulizia del bagno: c'erano delle ciocche di capelli. La cucina, dâ noi non utilizzata non era il top. Tutto sommato sufficiente

Ottima la posizione per il resto assolutamente da evitare, abbiamo soggiornato qui due volte in due camere differenti ma entrambe con problemi sostanziali ,il primo la pulizia e il secondo i bagni datati e senza manutenzione con soffione della doccia rotto che spruzza acqua ovunque e rubinetteria obsoleta ....
Dopo aver fatto presente la cosa mi è stato domandato se stavo reclamando perché volevo lo sconto ......

Das Appartement ist sehr groß und hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse! Sehr zentral gelegen! Rezeptionist sehr freundlich und alles sehr gut und geduldig erklärt!

Great place to stay in Trieste! Central location, large apartments and great value for money. Apartments have kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, heating, air-conditioning, and safe. Some have a bathtub and orders a shower. Pets are welcome! Parking is not free and you have to reserve it in advance or park on the street (also no free parking nearby).
