Es war sehr schön!
Alles sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, toller Schwimmbad-& Saunabereich, Essen vom Allerfeinsten, sympathisches Personal, hervorragende Kinderbetreuung, schöne Umgebung.
Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub.

I was abused at this hotel by its male massage therapist and i had to report it to the police

I felt very unsafe and it was an awful experience.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE FEMALE AND BOOKING THIS PLACE AS A VACATION

This place isn't an ayurvedic spa. It's a hub of sexual abuse and serving food that's inedible and frankly just disgusting.

I had to report a sexual abuse case to the police at this hotel due to the male therapist touching me in places he shouldn't have and Ms Carmen who owns the hotel didn't have much to say about it...her cold exterior is like ice.

This is NOT an ayurvedic retreat its more like a hell on earth experience. I would seriously think twice before booking this place if youre a woman.

It's not heaven on earth. Quite the opposite.

Hotel meraviglioso, ideale per rilassarsi e staccare da tutto.
Camere pulite e curate in ogni dettaglio. Area wellness che definire speciale non è sufficiente! Bellissima e ampia piscina esterna riscaldata con idromassaggio. Cucina ottima. Personale premuroso, disponibile e gentile.
Assoluto relax.... Indimenticabile.
Dicembre 2023...ci sono ritornata...direi una certezza.

Struttura enorme e molto bella, camere spaziose e dal fascino montanaro, personale molto gentile, cibo ottimo, miniclub nuovo bellissimo, esperienza stupenda
