We stayed 4 nights at La Briosa last week and loved everything about it - spacious rooms, beautiful design, high quality material, and very friendly personnel. The owner is very welcoming and was there everyday to great everyone. The location is also perfect. It is just a few minutes away from the Piazza and restaurants, and yet quiet. It was truly a wonderful experience.

We stayed at La Briosa last week. It was one of my favorite hotels of the whole trip. The rooms are modern and comfortable, breakfast is wonderful and the staff are very kind and accommodating. Best hotel in Bolzano.

Date of stay: 28 Feb to 5 Mar. 2024 U.S Guest.

Location: Close to Everything in City Center. 10 mins to main train station.

Building: Pleasant outside appearance...recently renovated inside with beautiful wood workmanship. Automatic doors from outside to lobby entrance. Lift to all floors.

Rooms: Ours was a "triple" which I assume means 3 person capacity as our sofa comverted to a full bed.

I am an elite member of numerous hotel plans and after living in hotels for years...whoever laid out these rooms has spent a lot of time in hotels. Nothing has been left out. The lighting system is initially confusing but quickly mastered.

Giant shower...no tub in our room...twin sinks. Hot..hot water and plenty. Bed very comfortable. Kettle in room. Housekeeping everyday.

The folks in the kitchen were always accomodating even getting food for my wife when she was late for breakfast. Great coffee...and a great selection at breakfast.

If I make it back to Bolzano...I will definitely stay at this family business again.

Ci siamo sentiti subito come in una grande famiglia, un accoglienza meravigliosa,calorosa, disponibili in tutto ,il proprietario era lì ci ha raccontato tutto , dalle origini del passato al presente, della straordinaria struttura tecnologica dell' edificio, è stato emozionante, lusinghiero , una persona tenera ,dolcissima dal cuore nobile, una persona unica che ha scalfito un impronta dentro di noi

La Briosa felt like home in the best way possible. Despite us being in a foreign country, the staff here made us feel like family with their hospitality. The hotel architecture itself is gorgeous, it is located very centrally with easy access to the main attractions and stations in Bolzano, and the rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is the best I've had in Italy, and that is saying something as hotel breakfasts in this country are generally great, but La Briosa took it a level above. The food here was better than many Michelin starred restaurants! Both my girlfriend and I loved our stay here and would rate it as one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had, much better even then most super expensive resorts around the world. I would rate this place a 20 out of 10 if I could! Thank you La Briosa!

My hotel of choice in Bolzano!
2 minute walk from the center, convenient and beautifully designed. It is family owned and run, the staff are friendly and kind. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great views from my room.
I was here in December, It is 30minutes to Obereggen ski slopes by car. If you are looking for the beautiful christmas vibes and quaint markets, this is the place for you. I will definitely stay here again. We loved it so much.

We absolutely loved our stay here. I was supposed to leave early because I had to pick up my kids from the airport but we stayed the extra night and I’m so glad we did. The front desk young lady was so sweet and comforting that I’m glad we stayed. I can’t remember her name but she’s from Morocco and very hospitable. I would definitely come back and recommend this to our friends visiting for the Christmas market. It was literally a five minute walk to the markets. The breakfast was good and staff there was very friendly as well. I’m so glad we stayed here. It was very much worth the cost.

La Briosa is a very unique and modern hotel right near the center of Bolzano that left a great impression. I went on a two week Süd Tirol trip with my dad and we stayed mostly in Gasthauses in the Dolomites, but this hotel was a really nice change of scenery. I loved the motifs and you can tell the family/owners took great pride when designing this hotel. The room seemed brand new and was extremely clean. Beds and amenities were comfortable. The Frühstuck was delicious and plentiful with many local options. I will always remember my stay here and if I ever return to Bolzano I will be booking La Briosa again. If you are looking for a place to stay and La Briosa has availability, do not hesitate to reserve a room!

Luogo incantevole,nuovissimo,innovativo e confortevole,tutto in legno. Atmosfera intima e cordiale dei proprietari e del personale. Un' esperienza unica da provare nella bellissima Bolzano natalizia. Consigliatissimo. Hanno anche disponibilità di prodotti senza glutine!!torneremo sicuramente!
