Terrible hotel. 0/5 stars, no shower that even has its own walls, weird interior with cheap and gaudy looking curtains. Terrible staff at the front. Should be no more than 100$, just stay at the motel instead you will have a better experience. For 1500$ per room per night this is a disgrace.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Literally would give zero stars if I could. This hotel should be 200 dollars a night maximum. It is an ugly hotel, looks like it's a fake indoor movie set with fake flowers, concrete walls, random curtains everywhere. Unhelpful staff, ugly inside. For 1600$ a night the room doesn't even have its own SHOWER. There are curtains inside of the bedroom that is where the shower is. This is a two star establishment at best. Disgrace. They just try to make more money off you for no reason. If you want to have a nice vacation and avoid stress do not stay here, if you want to be able to sleep in peace, do not stay here. There were people fighting while asleep, terrible concierge, terrible doormen, terrible room, non existent bathroom.

Hotel, service, location, everything was absolutely amazing and so wonderful. Walter at reception was so helpful and kind. Benjamin in the bar was terrific and greeted us every day and chatted. The hotel is so beautiful and elegant and our room was perfect. The dining room experience was incredible! Highly recommend this to anyone!

Stayed for 5 days with my partner and our dog. Absolutely 100% would recommend this hotel. Amazing service, excellent location, great cocktails, very nice room.

Amazing hotel in a central location in Milan. About 15 minutes walk to the Duomo. Real character and style in every detail. Bar is excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. A true 5 star.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 4 дня. Впечатление не очень. Во-1 маленькие номера. Рядом граничит с социальным учреждением, в котором моют ,кормят бездомных и их довольно-таки большое количество стоит рядом с отелем. Заявлен, как пятизвёздный отель, номера, маленькие номера, старые обшарпанные, убираются очень плохо. Кондиционер выставлен на 22 ° - это холодно. На замечание, чтобы сделать потеплее. Не удалось добиться. Персонал на замечания практически не реагирует. Завтраки скудные-1 и то же.
Подъезда к отелю . ну и отель реально грязный. Уборка далеко не соответствует заявленным звёздам. Цена за отель на самом деле, как за пятизвёздный. Но качество соответствует не более 3 звёзд. Поэтому не старайтесь туда заезжать. Сэкономите деньги не рекомендую.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig am Rande des Mailänder Stadtzentums. Direkt neben dem Eingang ist der Eingang zur U - Bahn. Der Domplatz ist zu Fuß gemütlich in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus wurde augenscheinlich erst vor kurzer Zeit renoviert. Die Lobby, die Bar und Service bereiche sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind hell neuwertig ausgestattet. Die Materazen waren sehr gut. Alles zusammen ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Luogo assolutamente meraviglioso. Ho regalato un soggiorno con cena, pernottamento, trattamento e spa al mio compagno per il suo compleanno ed è stato tutto al di sopra delle aspettative (già altissime). Tutto il personale si è mostrato cortese e disponibile, camera ampia, pulizia impeccabile. Cena di altissimo livello e colazione eccezionale. Abbiamo usufruito di un massaggio di coppia che è stata la splendida ciliegina sulla torta. Speriamo di tornare presto.

The hotel design is very authentic. The customer service is good, Luka was very helpful during our stay. The hotel is very well located.

I’d expect a better breakfast from this level of hotel. Also it’s very interesting that in a normal room we had Netflix and YouTube connection but when the room was upgraded to Executive, we did not have these options, only an old TV with channels on Italian.

Great location and a beautiful immaculate hotel with staff that will go out of their way to make you feel welcome! This is the place to be if you are looking for a place to stay in Milan!!! Very tasty breakfast too! Highly recommend it!

Chateau Montfort - a perfect hotel from all aspects ! Stunning classic retro design, courteous service from receptionists , stunning and relaxing spa with professional masseurs , saunas and pool, perfect cleanliness, varied breakfast. The surroundings of the hotel are also outstanding: metro, tram and bus stations are literally under the hotel, nearby is a large supermarket, excellent restaurants and bars. Walking to the Duomo area is also really close, about fifteen minutes. We enjoyed every moment

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in hotel (stanza 407) per un fine settimana. All'arrivo sotto la pioggia siamo stati aiutati con i bagagli e protetti da ombrelli: comunque ci si può fermare davati all'ingresso per carico/scarico. La vettura è stata successivamente portata in garage.
Stanza: la stanza situata al 4° piano era dotata di tutto quanto necessario. Forse la temperatura era un po' troppo alta, anche se dalla reception è regolabile. Essendo all'ultimo piano le finestra tipo Velux non permettono di "guardare fuori". Letto comodo
Ristorante: non enorme, ma con personale gentile e buona scelta di piatti.
Colazione: vasto assortimento.
SPA: abbiamo usufruito della pricate spa dotata di vasca idromassaggio doppi, sauna e lettino. Viene offerto aperitivo con stuzzichini vari. A seguire il massaggio in coppia rilassante.
Nel resto della SPA troviamo piscina, sauna, doccia emozionale e zona relax.
Conclusione: fine settimana rilassante e hotel sicuramente da tenere presente per il futuro. Posizione comoda al centro (con metropolitana) oppure anche a piedi (circa 20' per raggiungere Piazza San Babila).

Such a great hotel experience and a special thanks to Beata for the most amazing service. Great location 10/15 minute walk into town. Room and general decor was lovely and traditional. We had exclusive access to the spa for an hour (you have to book) and it was very relaxing. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel with staff to match. The service they provided was exceptional and my wife and I would highly recommend staying there. It's location is near all the local tourist sites, shopping and restaurants. The Spa is peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back!
