Wonderful B&B with comfortable rooms and with a delicious breakfast. A little bit far from downtown, but compensated with the simpaty of the owners. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was great!
- It's located in a quiet neighborhood, aprox 25 min from the city center by foot (otherwise, there are several bus options near the accommodation, which take you in 15 min to the city center);
- The room is sparkling clean, with a terrace;
- There are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the location;
- The breakfast is more than enough, and it includes a significant variety of options.

Situato a due passi dal centro, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

This lovely B&B is tucked away in a nice residential neighborhood about 20 min walk to the historic center (easier & free parking and quieter location). The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast had many delicious options, and Luca and his wife were wonderful, friendly hosts! We would absolutely return if ever in Modena again. Highly recommend.

Super miejsce, przemiły i pomocny właściciel, pokój duży i czysty. Pyszne śniadanie, Dojście do centrum 15 minut spacerkiem, autem moment. Polecam każdemu. Mam nadzieję że jeszcze wrócę :)

B&B eccellente!!! Ottima pulizia e cura fino ai minimi dettagli. Colazione...? Non plus ultra. L'ospitalità di Luca ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Posto molto tranquillo ma non lontano dal centro di Modena. Peccato esserci stati solo di passaggio per una notte. Esperienza meravigliosa da ripetere sicuramente. 5 stelle+++. Complimenti!

Struttura a due passi dal centro (raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi), tutta ristrutturata e arredata con grande cura. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia, l'attenzione per i dettagli, la comodità del letto, la colazione abbondante e con vasta scelta ma soprattutto la cortesia del proprietario, una persona a modo, gentile e disponibile che ha reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato
