Loved our stay here in Milano. Great location to shops and other great places to visit. We even squeezed in a day trip to Genova and Pavia.
We returned quite late one night and my wife messaged the hotel to see if we could have a late meal at Mandarin Garden. The team at the hotel were very accommodating and we had a fantastic meal (see photos). The octopus was sensational. We shared a few dishes; Gnocchi, Tortellini and Focaccia. Presentation, service, food quality and taste were excellent. Shout out to the kitchen team and service staff on delivering a wonderful experience.

Good afternoon, I would like to draw your attention to the work of the staff, as the following happened: we called the hotel in advance to arrange a visit to the terrace where we could try cocktails. The reception confirmed this possibility and we arrived at the hotel to spend our beautiful evening there. But unfortunately the restaurant lady we asked where we could find this bar and sit on the terrace told us that the garden was closed for the time being. I wasted my time and just disappointed. And this situation spoilt my evening.

10* service with sincere helpful staff at every corner of the hotel. Rooms are very well-designed and maintaines. We were greeted with the welcome-home feeling without being overwhelmed with faked enthusiasm like other too rated hotels.

Incroyable séjour. L'équipe est vraiment sympathique. Du voiturier, jusqu'à l'équipe du spa, en passant par la réception, tous sont d'une grande gentillesse. L'hôtel est très beau et bien situé pour découvrir le centre de Milan.

As always, my stay was unforgettable :)
Amazing hotel and amazing team members, honestly best team members I ever seen in my trips to the hotels. They were all very welcoming and kind, attention to the things, even small details in the room, unbelievable. Mandarin Oriental Milan is our second home. I fell in love with the new lobby, amazing and the flowers in the lobby the pick ones, they were my favorites, so elegant.
The hotel has an understated elegance, and this has been considered in every detail. Pure elegance without ostentation, this is how I can describe the Mandarin Oriental Milan hotel to you. In love with this city and the hotel.
Thank you so much everyone to make our stay unforgettable again.

Overall a very good stay my only comment would be at check out which for me was early at 6.30am and at first I declined to see the itemised bill as I was short on time, but on review I asked to see it.

First time the bill was for another guest

Second time the bill had a transfer on it which was note mine

My stay at Mandarin Oriental Milan was nothing short of spectacular. My room was both beautiful and comfortable, with everything I needed -- a Dyson hair dryer, easy access to the safe deposit box, an easy-to-operate shower and large bathtub, plenty of closet space, plenty of outlets for my phone, laptop, etc.
Food and service were both outstanding, and it was clear that my servers always went out of their way to make sure I was well looked after,
Housekeeping (including laundry) was absolutely outstanding.
My massage therapist also did an incredible job of relaxing my stiff muscles.
I was impressed from start to finish.

Non sono mai stato cliente di questo albergo. Semplicemente non me lo posso permettere. Ho avuto l'occasione di poterlo visitare e cercare coglierne tutti gli aspetti. O meglio qualche aspetto. Perché è così ricco di dettagli preziosi e unici che sarebbe impossibile per me descriverli tutti. È un luogo di delizia e pura meraviglia e se me lo potessi permettere non esiterei a trascorrere un soggiorno in questo incantevole albergo.

Your hotel is one of the best Mandarin Oriental. From reception to f&b service team ( all team) behaved in friendly manner, and they was polite & helpful. The room was very clean. We stayed also perfect room. I suggest to everyone to stay at juniour suite.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at The Mandarin Oriental Milan, it is such a stunning Hotel and the interior is so elegant. Our room was perfect, so spacious for a city Hotel, with every amenity you could possibly need. The view on the interior courtyard was so lovely and we were so grateful for the special Italian carnival biscuits on arrival, they were perfect.
Great location, few minutes walking you are in front of beautiful landmarks .
We had such a warm welcome by the front office team and The Hotel Manager Stephanie , was so kind and helpful throughout our stay.
We found the beds simply amazing, better than sleeping on a cloud and the quality of the sheets were an absolute dream.
We really enjoyed our breakfast, the kids especially enjoyed the noodles and spring rolls addition, however the highlight was without a doubt the pastries, I think we might have tried each one and they were simply out of this world.
Manuel spent the time showing around the restaurants and even introducing chef Guida and the team.
The concierge and doormen were so kind and helpful for our very early departure, assisting with luggage, providing water and making sure our car was all ready. The swimming pool was a treat for my children and they really enjoyed , everyone in the hotel really accommodated all our needs specially with a 2 and a 7 old , Well done for the impeccable service.

Klartext. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von dem Personal empfangen, welches auch sehr hilfsbereit war und sich sofort um alle Anliegen gekümmert hat. Die Hotelmanagerin hat uns auch begrüßt und sich immer wieder während des gesamten Aufenthalt nach unserer Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Respekt. Danke Stephanie. Weiter so!!!

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön hergerichtet. Für alle Personen lag sogar ein persönliches Willkommensschreiben bei. Für die Kinder gab es dann auch noch eine Überraschung: PlayStation, Teddy und kindergerechter Bademantel und Schlappen. Ach ja, dann war da noch das frische Obst und die Getränke, welche jeden Tag aufgefüllt wurden. Top.

Ich habe lange überlegt, und eigentlich hat auch alles sehr gut gepasst. Aber bei den Zimmern habe ich doch nur 4 von 5 Sternen gegeben. Für die Liga und Preisklasse hätte ich mir modernisierte und hellere Zimmer gewünscht. Man sieht, dass das Hotel schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Hier müsste man wieder renoviert werden.

Frühstück wird im reichhaltigen Buffet angeboten.
Fitness und Spa ist auch vorhanden. Leider im Keller ohne Tageslicht.

Simply wow. Everything was perfect from being greeted at the car to leaving. As with other Mandarin hotels, the experience is elevated beyond a hotel stay, with every need taken care of. The property is stunning, with a fantastic, central location. The rooms are stunning, modern but comfortable, with the best beds I have experienced. And the staff simply couldn’t be better. Special call out to Stephanie and Stefano and the entire front of house team for making it a very special stay. MO cannot be beaten in my view.
