very difficult communication, none of the staff speaks Italian. they didn't respond to my emails about the check in time and when I got to the hotel they didn't give me the room I paid for. I had to find and pay for another hotel during the night.
the next morning they refused to give me my money back for the room that I couldn't use.

Nice room, wifi kept going out. Said they were having a temporary issue with it. Stored our bags for us after checkout since we left in the afternoon.
They give you a card for a crossaint and coffee at a nearby Cafe for breakfast

The only good thing about the hotel was the location.
Located within 15 min walking distance from the Milan central station.
The AC was not not working.
So had the bear the mesearable August heat.
And the lay out of the hotal is bit confusing.
The staffs were doing their job halfheartedly.
Not recommended.
Price is reasonable

Buon qualità prezzo per Milano, considerata la posizione. Nella camera c'è la doccia mentre il wc è in comune. Nota dolente è stato il freddo durante la notte, il condizionatore non scaldava nullu

This place is an absolute nightmare.
First of all, due to a mistake, we had to pay twice for our room. That's not a problem, we're gonna handle it, but the guy at the reception wasn't the kindest... He didn't really tried to help us, the only thing, that he cared about was that when he's gonna get his money... Allright, I got it, the show must go on, even is a customer fails at a point, but come on...
The second... We booked a single, NON SMOKING room, with two separate beds. We got a double bed, with the smell of a tobacco factory, marks of cigarette burns on the blankets, and the best part, that the blanket we got was dirty as hell.
The only good point in the place is that it's close to a subway station, and the city centre.

Cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. A 30 minutos de la catedral. A 15 minutos de la estación central. Hotel muy antiguo pero las habitaciones están reformadas. En recepción no te dan ninguna información de la ciudad. En resumen una excelente relación calidad precio

Sono stato 2 notti in questo hotel per viaggio di lavoro. Bagno e stanza ????, prezzo molto molto buono. La ragazza della reception, Sarra, mi ha dato ottimi consigli sulla città di Milano ed e' sempre stata molto attenta alle mie esigenze. Oltre al personale, il punto forte e' la posizione super centrale, infatti e' situato su una via molto movimentata e con bei negozi e locali, veramente pochissimo distante dal Duomo a piedi. Quando tornerò a Milano sicuramente questo hotel sara' il mio punto di riferimento.
