I gave him my room number which he typed wrong, I corrected him and he started punching the keys on his keyboard like he was annoyed. He asked if I had used the bar service in my room, I said I only ordered room service. He cut me off and repeatedly asked me if I used the bar in my room. He continued to talk to me in a very condescending way throughout this process and cut me off several times as we spoke about the final payment of the room which only consisted of taxes and room service fees.
It wasn’t until he saw my husband in the lobby when he lightened up his tone of voice.
I normally do not write bad reviews as I received exceptional customer service in the hotels I stayed in Zurich, Lucerne and Lake Como. This hotel is in a great location, but the customer service I received from Emanuele is very off putting and I will never return to Rosa Grande.

However, a notable drawback was the cleaning schedule, typically happening between 2-5 pm – a bit late for my preference. I usually like to head out early and return to a refreshed room in the afternoon.
Another inconvenience was reaching the front desk, requiring a few attempts and a bit of a hold wait before getting through.
To top it off, we switched to a deluxe room on the last day, and it turned into a rather sluggish process. Front desk staff provided misinformation, some seemed clueless, and the room change took longer than expected. Despite our luggage being ready to move since 10 am, we only received the new room at 3 pm, and our luggage was still not brought to us.
So, if slow service wont bother you much then I recommend this hotel to you.
Les pâtes se mangent aldente mais là elles n’étaient pas cuites et trop salées. Le plat de raviolis sans saveur et cher : 5 raviolis 22€. Nous avons pris du vin au verre nous avons eu le droit à un fond de verre. Nous avons écourté notre repas et pris notre dessert dans un autre restaurant. De plus nous avons dû réclamer la réduction de la fourchette et ce n’était pas un oubli car dès que nous avons demandé la réduction le serveur nous a tendu un autre ticket avec la réduction.
