Family-run business for more than 40 years. The place has its walls full of wine bottles and a wide collection of roosters (“Gallo” in Italian) of all kinds and forms, which they received from friends and visitors.
At the end of our meal, my 24y old daughter said she was jealous of the people who hadn’t started eating yet - that summed it up quite nicely for me!
There is not a lot of space, so do book your table in advance.

Sicuramente una delle migliori osterie/trattorie di Como. Piatti semplici ma ben fatti, come dalla nonna. Porzioni generose e tanto gusto genuino. Prezzi molto corretti

Menù del Giorno: gulasch bruciacchiato! Io avevo scelto gulasch con polenta alla griglia e ahimè mi hanno portato il fondo bruciacchiato del gulasch e la polenta ossidata alla brace! Per me? Fate come volete! Gli affettati buoni e anche il vino!

Sehr liebevoll ! Total schönes und uriges Ambiente :) haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Essen und der Wein waren ebenfalls sehr lecker. Täglich neue Menüs, die frisch zubereitet werden. Klare weiter Empfehlung! Es ist allerdings ratsam gerade zum Wochenende vorher zu reservieren.

Wir waren zu viert und hatten 4 unterschiedliche Gerichte. Ich habe alle probiert. Alle waren sehr gut. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Ambiente sehr gemütlich. Ich verstehe nicht warum das Restaurant nur 4,4 Sterne hat.

Abbiamo preso due antipasti, uno dei quali era una loro specialità, la focaccia col formaggio, che era davvero squisita, e poi abbiamo proseguito con due secondi di carne, molto buoni anche questi.
Ci ritorneremo volentieri.
