Bel emplacement pour visiter le lac de Côme à pied et en bateau.
Personnel aimable et professionnel.
Pratique les petits plats sur place le soir.

Amazing stay and super friendly staff!

Possibly one of the best boutique hotels we booked on our entire European honeymoon!

Hotel Villa Marie is located in Tremezzo and about a 10 minute walk from the port. When we arrived, we were greeted by such friendly staff & reception. You can tell they run this place which such love & care. The owner even gave us a glass of presence to wish us congratulations on our honeymoon :)

We had booked the deluxe room with lake view in mid September which was the perfect size! A gorgeous mini balcony to wake up to in the morning. Bedroom & bathroom were both spacious and we have copious amount of closet and drawer space. Despite it being a “older” hotel which we were a bit nervous about, the rooms are clean and very well maintained. They also provide guests with a room key with a unique key chain which is quite heavy so they encourage you to drop it off everytime you leave the hotel and pick it up at reception upon return. I personally love that special touch!

Each morning, we got to enjoy the continental breakfast downstairs in the terrace & breakfast room which had quite a bit of variety (croissants, yogurts, fruits, cured meats, scrambled eggs, toast, juice & coffee). The hotel has the most stunning front terrace & rooftop terrace for guests to enjoy. We unfortunately didn’t enjoy the pool since it was a bit cold or try the in house restaurant since we were always out & about Como but hopefully next time when we come back.

The wifi is a bit spotty at times which would be the only negative comment if we have to be picky. Overall, I’d say this is definitely the place to book if staying in Tremezzo. Not only will you be away from the hustle & bustle of tourists but you’ll be well taken care of at a fraction of the price compared to other 3/4 star hotels. Grazie!!! ❤️

I cannot put into words how incredible our stay at Hotel Villa Marie was, but I’ll attempt! My husband and I stayed here last month for our wedding along with our families. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The room we chose was the blue “junior suite lake view” room and pictures do not do it justice. It is SO beautiful. The view from the room is absolutely incredible. I was actually surprised at how much storage was available in the room as well. We had a ton of clothes (wedding dress & tux included) and everything fit perfectly into the wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom is also beautiful and I loved having the bathtub. The family that runs this hotel is SO lovely. They went above and beyond every single day to make sure we were taken care of. I’m not really a breakfast person, but I ate breakfast every morning because it was just too good to skip out on. They serve a different homemade cake every morning and that alone is enough to get me out of bed. ???? As soon as you open the doors to leave your room in the morning you can smell the most amazing smells throughout the hallways coming from the kitchen. The location is also perfect! There are many delicious restaurants all within walking distance and the ferry stop is very close as well. We were all so sad to leave on our last day, but we will 100% be back!! ❤️

My partner and I had a beautiful stay at Hotel Villa Marie. This is a family-run hotel where the staff knows your name and room off-hand throughout your stay. The staff was welcoming and very helpful in assisting you navigate the busses, ferries, taxis, etc. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and linen. We had the simplest room, which has everything you need including a safe for your valuables. Breakfast is served daily on the front terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Stay here if you want to be in a more quiet area of Lake Como, with convenience to transit, and without sacrificing the view - would highly recommend and stay again!

I recommend staying here instead of Bellagio, Menaggio or Como. It's a lot more relaxing and peaceful.

It's easy to get to various villas and museums to visit.

There's a wonderful nearby park where you can swim and take beautiful romantic photographs.

Highly recommended and we will be back again!

J'étais en terrasse super vue lac

El hotel es una pensión u hostal. Es viejo y las habitaciones no se parece. A las fotos de la web. Viejas y mal decoradas. Las camas muy incomodas así como las almohadas. Limpieza muy buena y el servicio es algo a mejorar a nuestro parecer. La gerente y el gerente no son muy amables sobre todo con el público LgTBIQ+ . El primer día sin saber dónde ir a cenar acabábamos de llegar y les preguntamos de cenar. El hombre de malas maneras alzó los brazos gritando y se escondió sin decirnos no o sí. Fue otra empleada que tuvo que ir a preguntarle y dijo que estaba cerrada ya la cocina. Eran las 20;29 en nuestro reloj y es cierto que se indica que cierran a la 20:30 pero nos pareció un detalle feísimo.

El resto de personal del desayuno muy cariñoso y amable pero insisto no es un hotel muy hospitalario.

Lo único que vale la pena son las vistas si te toca la habitación con vistas al lago. No hay ascensor, no te ayudan a subir equipaje y el sistema eléctrico cae cuando hay dos relámpagos…

Villa mit Flair am schönen Comer See.
Wir hatten schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick. Das Hotel hat gutes Frühstück, dass auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick serviert wird. Im Innenraum gibt es ein Büfett mit Schinken, Salami, Käse, Eier und Obst, Müsli, Jogurt …und einen guten Orangensaft. Kaffee, Tee, Cappuccino … wird an den Tisch gebracht. Das Hotel bietet auch mittags und Abend eine kleine Karte mit Speisen an, die sehr lecker sind. Wir haben Bresaola mit Parmesan und Olivenöl, sehr zu empfehlen, anschließend leckere Nudelgerichte sowie hervorragendes Panna Cotta mit stückeligen Orangenmarmelade gegessen. Ebenso verfügt das Hotel über einen schönen kleinen Pool mit Liegewiese. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße befindet sich eine eigenes Bootshaus mit Terrasse, auf der sich Liegen und Stühlen befinden. Durch eine Treppe, ist ein Zugang zum See möglich. Noch zu erwähnen ist, dass die ganze Hotelanlage sehr, sehr sauber ist und das Personal, sowie die Inhaber Elisabetta und Ihr Mann sehr aufmerksam sind. Wir werden sicher nochmal kommen.

This 3 star Hotel is more like a 4 star Hotel. Amazing service, rooms were spacious and so clean. I cannot fault this hotel it has great hospitality and fantastic views of the lake. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was well worth it. I would definitely come back and stay. Perfect location????

Incredible hotel to base out of and explore the beautiful Lake Como! Staff was so attentive and clearly cared deeply about each guest’s experience— I left something in my room and they were kind enough to mail it to my next destination. Breakfast and dinner were exactly what we needed and service was excellent. Already planning a trip to return to Lake Como and will DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again!

We had a magnificent stay at Hotel Villa Marie. We felt really at home at the hotel, everybody was super kind and friendly and always had good recommendations. The pool was great but we enjoyed above all the many varied sitting areas, there was always a quiet spot to find in either the sun or the shade. Even though the hotel is along the main road along the lake, the windows are super well insulated so we had no noise. Beds were very comfortable and even the standard rooms were nice and spacious. One of our preferred hotel stays ever and we travel a lot.

Lovely staff, super delicious food, standard rooms (others bigger and better than others like always), lovely roof terrace, warm pool, beautiful views, bit in the middle of nowhere but very quiet.
