In der Nähe des Zentralmarktes befindet sich eine Trattoria mit Familientradition, die dafür bekannt ist, freitags und samstags nach alter Tradition Fisch zu servieren(baccalà alla fiorentina). Massimo, Aldo und Francesca wechseln sich im Speisesaal, an der Bar oder in der Küche ab, um Sie in diesem jahrhundertealten Ort mit seiner entspannten Atmosphäre mit typischen Gerichten und Weinen zufrieden zu stellen. Alle Arten von Pasta und toskanisch zusammengestellte Salate finden leicht ihre Abnehmer. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gleich nebenan hat das Management eine Fiaschetteria eröffnet, für eine schnellere bistronomische Formel.

Nachricht des Besitzers
Vor der Übernahme des Restaurants arbeitete Enzo Marzocchi im Speisesaal und lief in die Bar der Studie der CISL Zentrum von Florenz.
Enzo im Jahr 1951 arbeitete mit den gleichen Aufgaben in der CISL-Studienzentrum eröffnet im Zentrum von Florenz, im Jahr 1953, dann in der aktuellen Studienzentrum in St. Domenico di Fiesole verschoben. In der Praxis war Enzo von 1951 bis 1971 Teil der Geschichte des CISL-Studienzentrums.
Während dieser Zeit sah Enzo die Männer passieren sehr wichtige italienische Gewerkschaft und das politische Leben und alle, die ihn kannten, erinnern sich an ihn mit großer Sympathie und Zuneigung.
In den letzten Jahren seines Kollegen Piero Enzo wusste Miniati, und zusammen, starteten sie im Jahr 1971 auf die Wiederherstellung und identifiziert Hagel, die schnell zu einem Bezugspunkt und Auffrischung wurde

We were in the car waiting for the instructions to access our room in the hotel next door. We were all tired by our trip and planned to enter the room, leave our luggage and go for dinner in a nearby restaurant. Possibly this restaurant. One of us urgently needed the loo, so my friend went into the restaurant and used the toilet. Once they came back out on the street, a waiter and a cook came out too attacking my friend, yelling that they used the loo without permission. My friend has epilepsy and generally doesn’t like confrontation, so they immediately apologized and offered to make things right, but waiter and cook kept yelling. My friend came into the car while their 70+ years old mum went talking to the waiter and the cook, trying to sort things out, but neither one stopped yelling. As they were getting closer and closer while addressing my friend and towering my friend’s mom, I got out of the car and gently drag both of them away from the car and towards the door of the restaurant. I begged them to stop yelling, explained that doing so was to avoid a possible seizure for my friend who was clearly stressed by their behavior and started showing signs of distress. I went back into the car and I heard waiter and cook discussing the matter in disbelief, while I was finally entering our hotel driveway. You can immagine, we didn’t pick this restaurant after all.
