Sometimes, the bon vivant owner, Gianni, will select the menu for us (and blow us away), and other times, Pietro (long-time Accademia waiter) will give his expert suggestions.
Favourites? Pear and percorino salad, spinach and ricotta ravioli, the mushroom streudel, grilled artichokes (sooo good) and whatever fish dish they have that day. My friends rave about the meat: veal, the steak fiorentino, osso bucco, and the salumi.
At Ristorante Accademia, everyone is treated like a treasured guest, and they truly want you to leave happy. This keeps us going back time and again.
Pietro and Gianni took such care with our group of 6, felt like we were family. We had Mushroom Strudel (may sound odd) and Grilled Artichokes to start - both incredible. Second plate we share some Pici and Ravioli, again great. At our table one had, veal, 3 had the sea bass and the boys had the steak. All unreal, fries are a must as well. We were there for more than 2.5 hrs as we just enjoyed and took our time, could be quicker, but on our rainy Florence evening it was absolutely perfect. Thank you Gianni!

早く届くもの、時間のかかるものがあるのでそれぞれ注文しました。
お肉は大体1時間ほどかかったので時間に余裕が必要です!
どの料理もとっても美味しくて、ワインがピッタリでした????
また食べに行きたいです^_^
Eravamo 17 commensali e siamo stati tutti super soddisfatti!! I vini abruzzesi ( pecorino, pinotgrigio e Montepulciano d' Abruzzo della Azienda Cassetti ) erano di alto livello. Ambiente curato e gestori simpatici e disponibili.
Esperienza da rifare !!!
Cucina accurata con alcuni piatti (es. ravioli) eccellenti. Difficile il parcheggio in zona.
Meno contento vero il gestore che a ritenuto corretto farmi pagare uno spriz 12 euro, Bravo anche a lei..
