The location is spectacular! The view from room magnificent! But the room was not adequately cleaned when I checked in there was crumbs and chocolate from previous guest. The towels are dingy. I wasn’t confident about the cleanliness. While we were out a receipt was left on our desk. Not comfortable with that.

Che dire...apri le finestre e sei di fronte al duomo.camere silenziose. Colazione in camera. Cordialità e disponibilità di Raffaella meravigliose.

La casa è accogliente e bella, spaziosa, praticamente dietro al Duomo di Firenze, non avremmo potuto trovare di meglio! Le indicazioni sono state chiare, Edoardo e Michela hanno sempre risposto prontamente alle nostre richieste, ci siamo trovate molto bene. Il nostro soggiorno a Firenze è stato splendido anche grazie a Voi! A presto! (5 ospiti,dall'11 al 15 settembre, prenotazione con Airbnb)

La posizione comoda, le stanze ordinate e pulite e la gentilezza del personale rendono questo b&b il meglio che si può desiderare. La vista sul Duomo spettacolare. Gentilissimi Raffaella e Andrea.

Spent my first night in Italy here. It got the job done but was nothing special. Tiny lift elevator which I thought was really cool although it’s not the most practical. The bathroom was separate from the room but we didn’t see any other people. The towels we were provided with were very thin so hot soaked immediately. The location was amazing and the place was clean and secure. Those were the main things for me. We got a breakfast which was nice but it was very minimal so definitely didn’t hold us off for long. She made us pay the tourist tax in cash. Don’t have super high expectations.

One of the worst “hotels” I’ve ever stayed in. There are 3 very long sets of stairs to go up to the rooms. They claim they have an elevator but only 1 person and maybe 1 piece of small luggage fits in it. We came with a family of 4 and luggage for all of us. We had to drag it all up about 40+ stairs. Then the rooms are worse than dorm rooms. There are literally holes in the walls, the rooms smell like smoke and they are not very clean. You are only paying for the view IF you requested a room with a view - otherwise you get to look down on a roof. I feel like I’m in a hostel or a motel 6. Would not recommend. Only plus is the location but there are plenty of other options for hotels - spend a bit more and go somewhere else.

Abbiamo fatto una bellissima vacanza di quattro giorni, la colazione abbondante. La signora Raffaella ed il signor Andrea sempre molto gentili, dispiace di non aver conosciuto la signora Antonella. Lo consigliamo.

I was staying for 3 nights and since the beginning it was a very good experience; the personel was so nice and polite, very charming, the room i was staying was clean and tidy, and with an excellent location.

This place surpassed my expectations to a better level :)

B&B mit viel Potenzial aber dank der Lage auch so ein Selbstläufer.

Tiene la mejor vista, además de que está muy bien ubicado. La habitación doble es pequeña, y se escucha todo el ruido de las habitaciones de vecinas. Las ventanas aislaban muy bien el ruido exterior. Tiene un elevador pequeño.
