Einfaches Hotel für Backpacker oder zur Durchreise, ohne das man jetzt irgendwie hohe Ansprüche erwartet , und für den Preis war es jetzt nichts Außergewöhnliches aber okey

The best thing about this hostel is the location, it’s over the bridge and I felt safe walking around at night. However this place is really musty, it is outdated and simply is just a bed to sleep in, I’d look into a different place in the future. My bed seemed slept in when I arrived and told reception and they did move the sheets and gave me new ones but I felt weird knowing that it had not been stripped prior, I asked to change the bed and was told everyone had already checked in but that didn’t seem true. Beds were rock solid and made a noise every time you moved which was an inconvenience when you are in a room with 10 other people. The common room had furniture that was very old and overall the whole building was smelly. A positive was that the water was hot but other than that wouldn’t recommend and advise you to stay somewhere else.

Great hostel, affordable, and close to the city center. I recommend.

I have been in many hostels but this was the worst experience i had. First of all, the last check in is at 2 am. I arrived around 2.30 and i didnt see that I need to give notice because of my late arrival. So when I went after 2am, the guy in reception got triggered and started to lecture me about how unthoughful I am, now he needs to restart all the system and force everything just for me. I apologized and just waited but he was really annoyed. I asked him something about the payment and he hot angry as if i was accusing him with something and said "everything is on your mail why are you asking me" and when I asked him why he is yelling, he got super mad and implied he is doing this check in process all to help me and i am being ungreatful and asking about money and saying that he is wrong. So suddenly he decided to not to do our check in. we were two girls and it was 3am in the morning. he left everything and opened thr front door for us to get out :) then I couldnt resist my anger tears since I was here to only enjoy my vacation. afyer that he felt some guilt I guess and tried to be friendly.
Anyways he ruined my first day in floramce basically. that was extreme.
about the hostel overall: its not like the worst place to stay in. but I wouldnt recommend. rooms are crowded and air doesnt go inside the room so if somebody smells bad, whole room smells terrible. showers and toilets were clean enough. beds were making sounds and not very much comfortable. ı didnt see or use any common area. I also didnt use the kitchen. there is also no elevator so you need to carry your bags upstairs. and you cant enter the hostel between 3-6 am. It has a good location close to bridge.

The worst experience I have had with them, broken toilets rooms are not as they told on advertisement. No silence hours, very overpriced and very low hygiene and low security no towels will be provided but expensive. Please think before you come. This is scam

- WIFI DIDN'T WORK.
It didn't work inside the rooms neither in the common areas. There is no signal basically
- IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP because you can hear everything from all the rooms and from the corridor. The doors are so thin that 2am there were two people chatting in the corridor and I woke up and couldn't sleep again, even though I asked then to lower their voice.
- HORRIBLE TOWELS that you pay 1 euro for
- If you do the checkout, and want to leave your bags until it's time to leave, you have two options: one is to pay more so they can watch your bags and two is to leave your bags in a room that ANYONE CAN ROB YOU and take anything because they say they are not responsible if someone robs you inside the hostel. There isn't even a camera. If you want your things to be safe, you have to pay more.
Other hostels that I have been offered better services for this.

Basically: too expensive for what it offers. I payed 55 euros for a night there.

Pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner cero. Cuando llegas te cobran impuestos de más por la cara. No te dan la toalla y tienes q pagarla y para colmo ya cuando llegas a la habitación no hay ducha y te tienes que hacer la cama.

1. 위생이 좋은편이 아니다. 방은 그럭저럭 이였고 화장실에는 곰팡이가 피어있었다.

2.엘리베이터가 없다.
계단이 좁고 가팔라서 캐리어 가지고 오르락거리는게 꽤 힘이든다. 참고로 체크인전후 짐보관 가능한데 짐보관소가 1.5층 쯤에 있으니 체크아웃후에 짐 맡길예정이면 힘들게 1층까지 가져오지말고 먼저 키받아서 맡기고 오는게 나을듯

Bence fiyatına göre Floransa gibi aşırı turistik bir yerde mâkul. Odalar biraz daha hava alacak şekilde tasarlanabilir.

Pire hostel de ma vie. L'homme qui travaille de nuit est franchement limite. Nous étions dans une chambre que nous n'avions pas réservée. Propreté qui laisse à désirer (cuisine immonde), pas de zone de détente à proprement parler . Énormément de bruit. Pas d'accueil. Humidité sur les murs, pas de chauffage... Bref vraiment ...
Bien entendu ils ont été informés en temps et en heures et n'ont rien fait

Nothing outstanding about the hostel but we had some of the worst experience ever with a security guard's inappropriate behavior towards a girl friend in our group. He was harassing our friend during his night shift, making totally inappropriate comments and taking advantage that she was alone, he didn’t stop until all the friend group was there.
Despite lodging a complaint, the response was a mere "we're sorry," with no evident measures taken. This was a truly beyond unpleasant experience, and we do not recommend this hostel at all, definitely not safe. We will not be returning ever again.

Sono stata gli inizi di Novembre con i miei amici. Inizialmente per trovarlo ci siamo girati mezza Firenze, con tutto il gps messo, poi al check-in ci siamo ritrovati il prezzo da 40 a persona a 80, pagando tutte le notti in anticipo.
Ma non sono questi i pesanti motivi per la mia recensione negativa.
Nella nostra camera (LANA) ci siamo trovate all’inizio bene, non essendo mai state in un ostello non potevamo lamentarci più tanto, poi i problemi sono subentrati: tra la puzza di fogna che ci ha reso il sonno impossibile alle CIMICI DEI LETTI CHE CAMMINAVANO SUL MURO, ci siamo trovate costrette ad andare via.
Il personale alla reception è stato “cortese” e ci ha rimborsato solo la tassa di soggiorno.

BED BUG ALERT !!! We stayed at this hostel after they insisted that bed bugs were not a problem. Not impressive first impression, definetly one of the least glamorous hostels I've stayed in. I was in a 10 bed room, however, to my surprise, I woke up to an 11th roommate... IN MY BED. He scurried past my face and greeted me when I went to take my sheets off in the morning. Even worse, FRONT DESK... RUDE. The hostel staff did not care and instead gaslit us telling us it was probably a mosquito... the remainder of the day was anxiety inducing and caused a lot of chaos. Would give this hostel 0 stars if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Difficile de trouver quelque chose de positif. Réservation effectuée directement sur leur site, prix attractif qui se révèle faux puisqu'il faut ajouter la taxe de séjour.
Vous recevez un mail avec un tarif plus élevé mais vous payerez légèrement plus cher sur place car ils n'ont pas actualisé la taxe de séjour, donc autant passé par Booking...
Les chambres de 16 personnes ont une seule douche.
Vous avez un couvre feu la nuit où vous ne pouvez pas rentrer dans l'auberge.
Les lits sont d'1m90 entourés de metal donc si vous êtes grands, évitez.
Et pour finir, le check in prend une bonne dizaine de minutes...

The hostel is soooo big and okay for a night or 2, almost near to the center

visited in june. you'd thing being in a monastery would bring this hostel some character, but no, somehow they managed to suck the life out of this place. my low rating s comes from poor customer service- workers seemed disinterested and were unhelpful. It also comes from the fact i believe there were bed bugs, itchy and covered in bites when we were there. gave two stars though as was quite cheap for the city. -- ask about city tax

Rooms are really cold and mixtes. It is more expensive than what they say on the website. They close the doors from 3am till 6am so you’re not able to sleep in the bed you payed for. I wouldn’t recommend.

Lo mejor la ubicación. Es bastante seguro y limpio. Gente muy variada y no tienes restricción de edad. Muy recomendado.
