Wir waren vor einigen Wochen zu Gast in diesem Hotel und möchten uns ausdrücklich für die uns entgegengebrachte Gastfreundschaft und das Verständnis für uns beim Team bedanken. Ich denke es war keine Selbstverständlichkeit, dass wir als komplett verdreckte Radfahrer - wir waren wirklich durch den Schlamm der herrlichen Wege in der Toskana von oben bis unten dreckig - so nett empfangen wurden. Wir durften selbst unsere Fahrräder mit ins Hotel nehmen, durch den Speisesaal tragen und im hinteren Teil des Hauses abstellen. Uns persönlich war die Situation sehr unangenehm, die junge Dame an der Rezeption hat diese Situation charmant belächelt und meinte, man könne schließlich sauber machen. Wir hoffen, wir haben die Zimmer ordentlich hinterlassen und sie hatten nicht zu viel Arbeit mit uns gehabt.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo meraviglioso hotel in centro storico a Siena e ci torneremo sicuramente!
Pulizia eccellente, colazione ottima e personale davvero cordiale e simpatico.

Hotel in pieno centro .Struttura molto curata e particolare. Camere pulite e arredate con gusto .Posto silenzioso e rilassante . Personale molto gentile , pronto per consigliarti e aiutarti . Ottima la colazione a buffe , servita nella zona comune. Consigliassimo .

Niché sur les hauteurs de Sienne et avec plus de 800 ans d'histoire, ce petit hôtel du 13ème siècle ne pourra que vous enchanter !
Atmosphère unique, service des plus agréable, chambre spacieuse (nous avions choisi une suite junior pour accepter toute notre petite famille, chien y compris !
A faire absolument, descendre ou monter ce superbe escalier avec ces marches usées par mes siècle, ressenti immediat vous plongeant dans l'histoire !
Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce petit hôtel.
Attention, ce trouvant en hyper centre historique et interdit d'accès aux véhicules, il vous faudra monter vos bagages depuis le parking San Francesco (le plus près de l'hotel), 5 grands escalateurs vous faciliteront ma tâche.

Palazzetto Rosso is a boutique hotel housed in a historic building in the heart of Siena. Guests can expect good room size. The hotel's host had excellent communication with us ahead of our stay, particularly regarding parking options in Siena's limited traffic zone. Breakfast is also worth a praise for its quality.

Siamo stati in questo Hotel per solo una notte ma il soggiorno è stato comunque splendido!! Camera pulitissima e molto grande, posizione centrale ottima a pochi metri da piazza del campo!!! Le ragazze alla reception molto gentili e cordiali!! Insomma siamo stati benissimo!! Se torneremo a Siena soggiorneremo di nuovo qui!!

Soggiornare nel Palazzetto Rosso è un'esperienza sospesa tra passato e presente. Struttura del '200 con arredi di designer e bifore sui tetti e cupole di Siena che appagano la vista.
Struttura linda e personale cortese.
Una menzione particolare a Claudio, accorso (nel vero senso della parola) in nostro aiuto per un inconveniente nel parcheggio.

Such a gem. I was so stunned by the building and the room. Their staff is the nicest, very patient and kind. In fact, I am absolutely still stunned by how beautiful and unique this place is...it's been a week since I was there. It is an unforgettable place.

Un posto incredibile. Centralissimo poche camere grandi e pulitissime con lenzuola morbide e profumate . Ampio spazio al piano terra per the o aperitivo. Colazione super dolce salato frutta tutto ! personale gentilissimo e disponibile come raramente si trova. Un misto di antico e moderno perfettamente riuscito. Hotel che se la vede con un 5 stelle. Parcheggio non lontano anche a piedi. Ps La doccia a vista in camera molto interessante per le coppie !

Un excellent séjour d’une nuit à Sienne dans un ancien palais tout récemment restauré avec goût mêlant classique et moderne. Très belle chambre au 3ème étage, grande et confortable, donnant sur les toits de la ville… magnifique. Bravo à toutes l’équipe et tout particulièrement à Claudio, excellent guide, avec son Français impeccable!

An amazing experience. Very kind staff, specially silvia, very helpfull all time. Well located in.the center of siena. The hotel is really nice decorated and you can feel the atmosphere of an old palace. Rooms and facilities are totally ok.
