Un semplice 2 stelle con un ineguagliabile rapporto qualitá prezzo. Posizione a 40 metri da piazza del campo. Ascensore (più unico che raro a Siena), camere pulite e personale gentilissimo.

Piccolo hotel in centro a Siena. La camera nella quale siamo stati era piccola ma ben riscaldata e con tutto il necessario.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo considerando la posizione è ottimo

My sister and I booked this hotel because of the glowing reviews on HostelWorld. We were quite disappointed to find that despite the exceptional location, the actual hotel itself was very average. The rooms had outdated decor with thin linen and the worst towel I've seen in any accommodation ever (it looked more like a tea towel than a bath towel). The service also was not exceptional, as reception was supposed to open at 8:30am but there was still no staff member there when we tried to check out at 8:45am, and I was quickly hung up on when I tried to call the provided contact number. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place, as much as I loved the central location.

Pessimo hotel in centro a Siena. Location comoda per visitare la città. Purtroppo le stanze lasciano a desiderare per il prezzo che chiedono.
Stanze senza riscaldamento,
Acqua calda assente.
Asciugamani del secolo scorso che ti si sciolgono addosso quando ti asciughi, reception inesistenze.
Non controllano i documenti quindi chiunque potrebbe entrare nel hotel senza avere una stanza.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura ricettiva, per lo stesso prezzo c’è di meglio a Siena.

I love everything about this hotel. The place is strategic, since its located at the central. The hotel makes sure your stay in Siena is enjoyable, leave you with only memorable moments. And most importantly, the service they give to their guests, it really amazes me, they are very communicative. Would recommend you to stay here.

Totally loved this hotel and the area around it. Very clean, quiet and the owner was so helpful with recommendations including his favorite which was wonderful.
