Rooms are modern and comfortable, of around 18 sqm, they ll host comfortably 2 adults, some are lacking of good sound proofing, so I asked to change, and had a perfect night.
The rooms are modernised, mine came with a balcony and a view on the surrounding hills. The hotel has a nice gym and a small but good pool in the basement, and it takes 10mns by foot thru the underground city medieval vaults (must be seen !) to get to the old town center. Check in was efficient even if a bit fuzzy, the breakfast was included and was good. On the con side, unlike all other hotels in Italy, they charge for the plastic water bottle you ll find in the fridge (in all other hotels i have been, at this level, it's free of charge) and they sell you slippers if you need some to access the pool and charge you a towel rental fee for the pool, practice which I find limit acceptable (I went with my running shoes and bathroom towel).
Check out was friendly and fast. Price wise it is on thr high side for the service received, at 150€, but the hotel rooms are good.
Abbiamo usufruito della piscina al coperto, servizio davvero molto apprezzato ideale dopo aver visitato la città per un momento di relax.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Parking labyrinthique et éloigné : pas pratique quand on a des valises.
Personnel assez vite débordé, salle du petit déjeuner ambiance réfectoire même si le buffet est plutôt bien garni.
Chambres spacieuses à la déco minimaliste.
Personale molto preparato e gentile, colazione varia e abbondante sia per il dolce che per il salato.
Parcheggio pubblico coperto convenzionato.
Vicinissimo alle scale mobili per raggiungere il centro storico.
Sicuramente ci torneremo.
Non abbiamo provato la piscina per mancanza di tempo.
