Meinungen PALAZZO CARACCIOLO Naples

Il palazzo è molto bello, le stanze sono belle ma alcune necessitano di una rinfrescata, nonché di una rinfrescata. Lo staff è gentile e c'è possibilità di parcheggiare dentro al garage.

It’s times like these I’m reminded the differences in standards between hotels in the US and hotels elsewhere. The room is big and the check in employees were friendly. Which are my only pros. The tub doesn’t drain, everything smells, fresh paint has definitely not been applied in years, the furniture is dirty and the room was hot. There wasn’t AC- they said it only turns on in the summer. The breakfast buffet was really gross, wouldn’t waste your time there even though it’s included. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return.

TLDR: rooms were a bit outdated, they don’t allow you to change the temperature in the room because it is centralized which is absurd for over 200euros a night

This hotel is in an old building but needs a bit more updates to the rooms and halls for it to be nicer. The spacious public areas are nice but it’s hard to find your way around. We weren’t able to check in early as Hilton Gold but they took our bags and brought them up for us. The room is a bit old and the AC does not work. I asked the desk and they said because it is centralized, but that is pretty absurd considering that we paid over 200 euros for the hotel and we can’t even adjust the thermostat. It was very hot and we had to sleep without covers.

The breakfast was included for us and it was serviceable though not great. We wanted to sit in the common area for dinner but there were many flies

Hotel con muy buena ubicación:
- 10 minutos del museo Arqueológico
- 10 minutos de la estación de Garibaldi
- En frente hay una cafetería Capricho que es perfecta para desayunar o merendar
- 10 minutos del Duomo
- 15 minutos de Plaza Dante
El hotel está en una zona tranquila, pero con todo cerca.
Todos los días te dejan dos botellas de agua de cortesía y todos los amenities.
Habitación tripe con un sofá cama muy cómodo y un baño completo.
El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a dar una recomendación.
Sin duda muy recomendable.

Avoid!!! This hotel does not have AC. It does not work and they act like it’s no big deal. Staff does not care. They tell you to open the locked window for 1.5 inches of air. However it is SOOO loud outside at all hours. Traffic on the streets, people yelling and honking all night. No sleep. If you need sleep stay somewhere else.

Great hotel, very clean, nice staff

The AC doesn’t work very well, but luckily we were able to crack a window open so it wasn’t so bad.

The spa was unfortunately closed while we were there, but there is a nice small gym.

We booked one night in the end of our stay in Naples as a little treat. We wanted a nice hotel with a spa. So we can relax in the evening before travelling back home.
We booked via Hilton website expecting nothing but the best.
- we have arrived early, our bags were stored safely until check in time with no problems. The lobby looked absolutely lovely so I was very excited for our stay.
- The service with fantastic! From the moment we walked in till the very end.

- The room seemed small and it was very very hot.
- Air conditioning is quite old and really doesn’t make much of a difference, it’s also on a time so I woke up at night needing to turn it back on. We had it set up for 12C, and trust me….. it wasn’t even cool!
- The street out side was very noisy but I’d be fine with that as long as my room is at the right temperature . Unfortunately you have safety locks on the doors so you can’t open them more and 1.5 inch.
- mini bar fridge didn’t work so everything was rather warm.
- when we have arrived it turned out that the spa has been booked exclusively, so our plan of relaxing evening in a pool and jacuzzi fell through. Not a great start as Hilton websites doesn’t event mention that you must book to use facilities. I guess I should have studied actual hotels website!
- we have booked the spa for a next day but jacuzzi was out of order so we have cancelled.

It was pretty disappointing stay, but as I mentioned on the beginning, everyone who works there are absolutely lovely!

Da anni mi concedo qualche giorno prima di natale in questo posto meraviglioso. Personale professionale e gentilissimo, camere pulitissime e che dire ristorante topppp con una pasticceria al bacio!!!!!

Very nice staff. It is a Hilton hotel so the service is good as expected. The room was a duplex with stairs and was spacious. Was very close to the old town, can get to a lot of places within 30 min walk. The station with a train to Pompeii was also a 10 min walk away.

Ottima esperienza camera bellissima ampia e comoda. Da ritornarci

Situato al centro della città e ben collegato con la metro che dista 10 minuti a piedi. Servizio eccellente e con il personale del desk cordiale e sempre a disposizione ad ogni mia esigenza.
I ragazzi del desk: Azzurra, Roberta Gennaro D. R. e Marcello mi hanno sopportato per due giorni e dato le giuste indicazioni per poter conoscere meglio Napoli. Esperienza che rifarò in futuro. Grazie Ci rivediamo presto.

Tot i que el lloc es cèntric, el barri es un pel conflictiu. Les habitacions els hi cal una repasada en els llits. Matalàs enfondit

Il Palazzo merita essere visitato tutto:ampi spazi all’aperto abbelliti da arredo,piante e fiori .Personale all’altezza in questo mischiarsi di maestosità dei secoli addietro e arte contemporanea.

Hotel in un palazzo antico la posizione centrale ti fa arrivare ovunque in poco tempo

Самое ужасное пребывание в отеле такого уровня за все время!
В первый день парковщик отеля пытался повысить стоимость парковки с указаной на сайте цены в 30€ до 35€, после того как я ему указал на то что на сайте другая цена, он начал мне рассказывать про две парковки и про разные размеры автомобилей, и якобы у меня большой автомобиль, хотя это не так. После того как я сказал, что сам найду парковку, он сказал ладно пусть будет 30.
При регистрации сработала пожарная сирена, случайное срабатывание.
На следующее утро в 8 утра за окном начались ремонтные работы, кто-то начал долбить стену молотком. Пришлось идти на ресепшен, но по возвращению в номер работа продолжалась, пока я не открыл окно и не попросил прекратить.
В 8:40 !!! пришли убираться в номер!
Это с учетом выходного дня и того что завтрак даже до 11:00!
Ни каких извинений не последовало…
На следующий день в 8:05 сработала пожарная сигнализация…
Посмотрим, что скажут при выселении.
Но так испортить настроение с самого утра два дня подряд, это надо было постараться…

Завтрак приемлемый, номер просторный и чистый, телевизор маленький, wi-fi плохой
Вид из окна во внутренний двор, я думал это будет плюсом из-за тишины, но у них мания всех будить в 8 утра!

При выезде развели руками, ни какой компенсации, а еще и чужой ужин пытались включить в счет!

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and the beds very comfortable. Nice bathroom (except I do not really care for hybrid tub/shower combs). We had a great view from the balcony of Mount Vesuvius and it was amazing at sunrise. Hotel is very clean. Really enjoyed the breakfast area. Easy walk from Napoli Centrale and short walk into the Old City of Naples. Great location. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was on a busy street, but once the balcony doors are closed, you cannot hear a thing at night.

Restaurant d'hôtel très calme, dans la cour intérieure de l'établissement, sous une toile qui isole l'endroit des étages supérieurs (fenêtres de chambres probablement) et du reste de l'environnement.
Le caractère "intérieur" des lieux permet d'être au calme vis-à-vis du fourmillement de la rue à Naples.
Cuisine de qualité (quelques plats de poisson d'excellente facture), service d'hôtel sans originalité mais très "clean", bref... Bonne adresse pour dîner au calme à Naples...

Cuisine créative, délicieuse… Un régale pour tous les gourmands. Quel bon resto à Naples!!!
