During my stay for work ( 5 days, not holidays) I said to them to be one more extra-day and to pay it in the moment. They said no problem, but they asked me for pay the next day better, during 5 days this situation repeated till the end of the week. Finally they said to me the last night they didn't have booking for that night, becoming a very unpleasant situation. They basically laughed in my face and even in that situation didn't helped. Our travel agency of the ministry has also removed it from the list. Be careful with this place and it's employees, just to get a bill or official paperwork is hard, don't let them fool you. This is a hotel where there are people who discriminate against Asians. I came here to leave my luggage. I heard it was open 24 hours, so I visited at 6am. When we arrived the hotel was closed so we rang the bell. The receptionist came out from the back. Even though he noticed us outside, he didn't open the door, pointing out that it was 6:30. They probably tried to make us wait outside for 30 minutes as a form of harassment. I ended up waiting in front of the hotel for about 30 minutes. That’s when he was attacked by a black man. Even when his wife was crying, the hotel staff did not help her. I had a terrible experience on my honeymoon because of this hotel. Are the people in this hotel really human? Is it okay to stay in a hotel with these people? This is a place you should never go to. That’s dangerous.
