What a luxury at affordable price! Meticulously remodeled 16th century house. Private balcony with stunning view. Giulio is very kind and attentive. Completely satisfied

I will start by thanking Giulio for his hospitality and for assisting me with a car problem. He was very helpful throughout our visit in every respect.

My wife and I stayed at the Villa Lilmar, a 2BR, 2Bath apartment with kitchen, living room, and dining area. It was a quintessential Italian villa, beautiful and spotlessly clean (everyday). There is everything you need during your stay. The breakfast each morning was delicious and most everything he offered was organic and prepared by him or his assistant. Guilio’s dinner recommendations were spot on superb and all right down the stairs. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the terrace was beautiful with spectacular views! We stayed three nights and did an all day boat ride from Praiano to Capri with a skipper that Giulio recommended (a must do) one day and the next day, did the ultimate trek - climbing and walking The Path of Gods from Praiano to Positano (also a must if you are in good shape). Il Frantoio is an ideal place to stay if hiking this iconic Path is on your list of things to do.

Our stay was action-packed and memorable. We feel blessed to have stayed at Il Frantoio Villa Lilmar for our short stay.

We loved our stay at Villa Il Frantoio. Our room was clean, the views were amazing and Giulio, Roberta and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was great having breakfast in the morning before making the trek down the stairs into town. We also enjoyed meeting Nana (the guard dog). We hope to be back to visit Giulio and friends soon!

Small village. Nice authentic room . Long way if you are with luggage, but stuff is really helpful. I like it very much, may be a bit too high price on no season . View is amazing, parking us difficult. Thank you guys, see you again!
