很棒體驗，男生隨便短褲就可以了，棉的材質也可以，不用特別去買泳褲類的褲子，但最好還是衝浪褲之類，記得帶自己毛巾跟飲用水，裡面有賣飲用水，45nok，裡面有提供更衣室

Very fun experience, sauna master is very nice and gave us some nice tips for the rest of our trip around Norway! Much recommended to do some sauna and then a fresh dip in the fjord, views are amazing, water is cold, but that’s kind of the point haha

After doing Norway in a Nutshell from Bergen, this sauna was a perfect activity during our overnight stay in Flam. Top notch service from Tony, and it was great to meet others from all over. Don’t be afraid to get in the water!

Experience au top, sauna avec une vue exceptionnelle. Attention, pas de douche en hiver! Vous devrez vous rincer en vous baignant dans le fjord, qui peut être à 4 ou 5°.. mais l'expérience en vaut la peine. A tester :-)

Great experience and very well taken care of by the staff Damien on duty that night. Great facilitates wirh open area, changing area and sauna. You can access the fjord waters through the sauna if you want to. Water is at 5 degrees Celsius that evening and was surprisingly dippable.
Bring your own drinks, music n snacks. It was a great experience for a first-timer like me.
For ref, we booked the 1730hrs session in Dec.

The most amazing experience! MUST DO when in Flåm or a nearby area. We selected the 14:30 shared sauna option which was perfect for daylight on 1st November. Really friendly staff. Would recommend bringing your own water to sip throughout. Incredible view and totally invigorating when you dip in the fjord!

What a unique experience in Flam! This definitely tested my limit for cold water (8*C degree!!). Remember the hot/cold cycle and you'll feel so refreshing afterwards.

You may feel a bit seasick as the wind rocks the sauna, but it's not too bad. The service is great, booking was very straightforward.

Had a great time at Fjord Sauna in Aurland. We did the public sauna but had it to ourselves since we went during the off season (September). The Operating manager was very friendly. Would go back and would highly recommend!

On our way from Bergen to Oslo, we stopped at Främ for a layover and it was definitely the best experience!

Only here can you experience the immersive feeling of seeing the fjord from the sauna!

There are showers and changing rooms. Swimsuits are required as etiquette. You can also rent towels.

サウナから見えるフィヨルドへの没入感はここでしか味わえません‥！

シャワー、更衣室あり。水着はマナーとして必要です。タオルもレンタルできます。

Leuke en kleine drijvende sauna in het Fjord, hoe leuk en mooi wil je het hebben. Erg schoon met een super uitzicht. Verkoeling kan via een glazen Luik in de vloer of gewoon in het Fjord spring, zelf van 2 a 3 meter hoog. Saunabezoek met andere mensen kost 32 euro, dus goed te doen. Complimenten aan Markos, efcharisto.

The sauna was fantastic.

It was very peaceful when we went, the sun was setting and all of the cruise liners had left the harbour.

The sauna is well equipped with everything you need (except toilet) and it is well maintained. The sauna master who sorted out our session gave the sauna a vigorous clean before each new session which was great to see and he was super friendly too.

It’s a great experience to sit in the sauna then jump from the saunas roof into the cold fjord below!

Really lovely experience. I recommend going in the morning when it is a bit slower. The views are amazing and the sauna is perfect.

Great place to spend an evening with friends, good new amenities, has cold shower, changing room and storage places. Don’t forget to bring your tower or you will need to rent one. Shoes has to be taken off from beginning to end, so consider taking some flip-flops or slippers.

one of our norway highlights! such a great experience! we chose the shared sauna and were 6 people, which was perfect. I think it might have been a bit cramped with more though.. staff was very friendly :)

Flam is a port for huge cruise ships and thousands of people. Our view was of a large cruise ship. The sauna is docked in a marina with oily water and run off from the boats and road next to it. We were a group of 5 with only the shared option and then they added 7 more people. With 12 it is very cramped and you are pressed up next to people. I think that 8 people is the maximum to be able to be comfortable inside the sauna.

Attention lors de la reservation, il y a deux endroits differents et n'est pas immediatement clair que c'est le cas (j'etait a Fläm et leurs adresse est aussi a Flåm et enfin google les liste comme sauna a Flåm), il pourrai etre utile de le preciser sur l'affiche, a coté de l'adresse du site internet du style "book for FLAM not AURLAND".
Cela dit, ils ont pu le remplacer pour le lendemain donc ça va.
En dehors de ça, superbe experience avec vue magnifique. Probablement un peut cher mais c'est l'occasion d'une fois.

La sauna está muy bien y el chico que nos atendió nos explicó todo muy bien. No obstante, la opción compartida con 10 personas que estuvimos hace que estés bastante apretado y poco cómodo, suerte que la gente era muy maja. Creo que 8 personas es el máximo para poder estar a gusto dentro de la sauna

Incredible! Fjord waters was icy but very refreshing! Recommend hiring towels as they become soaked with the swims in between. And the views...definitely a highlight of our Norwegian trip!

We loved this!! A highlight of our time in Flam. We did the private sauna option and it was definitely worth it. You can bring drinks, have your own music, jump into the fjords. It was a lovely relaxing experience at the end of the day.
